Kamaole Beach #3 is just across from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for the pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.
** Important Notice: The laundry dryer vent in this unit will be serviced on Monday, June 17, 2024. Access will be required for about 20 minutes between 8:30 am - 2:00 pm on that day. A Maui Kamaole staff member will accompany dryer vent technicians into the unit. **

Great Location - Everything else: terrible

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great; close to beaches, boat launch, shops, etc. The condo itself is totally run down. Everything broken: door locks, taps, molding, screens, etc. Super over priced for the poor condition.

2024 Maui Kamaole #A-102 Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having stayed in several of the units in this block we already knew what to expect. For us we like to have an ocean view. This unit has that. The unit was clean and well maintained providing us with all we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful Christmas at the Maui Kamaole. The views from the condo are fantastic, just as advertised, and the size of the place is great. The living room furniture is not always the most comfortable, but overall it's a wonderful rental. Would definitely return in the future.

A-102 had great views but poorly maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the unit and the lanai were amazing and the unit was well equipped.Unfortunately this unit was not well maintained and there were problems with sliding doors, leaky taps, stove top that didn't work well, loose locks and a back lanai that was unusable. The furniture was worn out and the appliances were tired. It was also not very well cleaned. We did enjoy our stay but for the price point were disappointed with the condition of the unit.

Fall vacation in Maui

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this resort numerous times. Prefer the ocean front condos. Although, the unit was clean it is need of some serious updating and maintenance. More "first night" amenities would be appreciated i.e., coffee filters, small package of coffee/tea.View is nice but patio needs some cleaning (dead foliage on floor). Sunset sail on the Trilogy was the highlight of the visit! Written instructions for both t.v.s is needed. Mahalo!
