Looking for a relaxing beach getaway? Look no further.

This condo (renovated in 2018) is located on the 6th floor of Building 2 at St. Regis Resort. It has been decorated with colors that reflect the things seen at the beach from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony, with dolphins playing, fishing boats going by, and birds on the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master suite has a king bed, flat screen smart TV and attached bathroom with a large tiled shower and glass door. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a flat screen TV (not Smart). The second bath has a soaking tub with tiled surround.

There is a 50" Smart flat screen TV in the living area.

**THE INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB ARE CLOSED FOR RENOVATION**

Please note: Reservations during the summer months, 6/3/23-8/12/23, require a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday - Saturday.

North Topsail beach weekend

We were invited to a beach wedding and saw it was at the St Regis resort. I immediately looked into a place here and found this gem. It was amazing. Note: this location does not have those gorgeous sunset views, but this condo was fantastic. This part of the has a fan and this condo was super impressive!

Great Little Condo

This condo was just the right size and location for what we were looking for. Our son was spending the week in Surf City for a camp, and we wanted a place to stay the week and also with room with him to stay the first and last night. We loved the easy access to the beach, and the fact the the condo had everything that we needed for a few days away from everything.

We live in nearby Wilmington, NC about an hours drive from N Topsail Beach. We moved here from Fairbanks, AK to escape the cold winter months. George has continued to return to Fairbanks in the summers to work, fish for salmon and halibut and enjoy the long summer days. As soon as there is a chill in the air he is on his way back to NC. Peggy stays in Wilmington year round with our little dog Lola and enjoys communicating with the travelers on VRBO.

Why they chose this property

It is very relaxing to spend time at the beach in this setting. No driving to the beach, looking for a place to park, remembering quarters for the meters, and hauling chairs and coolers back and forth to the car. Life is simple at N Topsail Beach and with this comes a feeling of knowing that you've spent some quality time in a relaxed setting. Although the condos at the resort are privately owned and maintained by the owners , the staff working for the homeowner's association are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate owner's and guests alike.

What makes this property unique

We love the fact that there is a beautiful view of the Intra Coastal Waterway from the walkway going into the condo and a spectacular view of the ocean from the 6th floor balcony.
