Have a wonderful evening meal with a gorgeous Oceanview from the 7th floor at our nearest neighboring community, St. Regis. They have also opened up their poolside bar to guests and the public.

Boutique shopping, beach store shopping, restaurants, and beaches in Surf City is great way to spend the next morning.

Fishing at the nearby pier, river, boat ramp, and inlet!

Beautiful oceanside view with balcony; access from the primary bedroom and the living area. Two bedroom condo and pulllout queen sofa in the living room. Linens and towels provided for 4 guests. (Must bring OWN LINEN and extra towels for additional guests). Full kitchen stocked (6 guest service) with dishes, pots and pans, microwave, and coffee maker. A vacation destination right next to the ocean just bring personal items, groceries, extra linens and desired towels if you plan to use the queen pullout couch. Enjoy a very wonderful and peaceful stay at the beach!

There are sandbags in front of the building to protect the building from beach erosion. Direct beach access from our building is available during low tide. There are 7 other access locations in each building you may use, as well as a public access to the North of Building 1, about 2 houses down (2-3 min walk) with tons of white beach sand all the time (our personal preference during high tide). Use good judgment when using stairways as well as swimming.

Common areas: Charcoal grill area (must provide your own charcoal), Basketball and Tennis Court.
Public children's park down the street, as well as a walking/fishing pier.

North Topsail Restaurants and Bars: There is a small convenience store and Tiki bar a short walk across the street.
Oceans Edge Restaurant is on the 7th floor at St. Regis (next door community white with red rooftops).

Restaurants, grocery store and shopping stores are also located in Sneads Ferry (15 min drive), Surf City (20 min coastal drive) and many other options in Wilmington (50 min drive).
