The description of the property was accurate. The property was dated but you can’t beat the view from the balcony! The management company was very responsive. Would rent this property again.

Perfect for us

We really enjoyed it here! It was right on the beach and convenient to pier park and other attractions that we wanted to see. The apartment was very comfortable, had everything that we needed and was very clean. Property management was quick to respond to my questions. We had family staying at another unit within the same building that was nowhere near as clean or well managed.

Just as pictured

Great location! On the 3rd floor with great beach landscape. There are chairs for rent just across the walk way, but we picked up some at the grocery store right across the street. Very clean and comfortable. Right across from the elevator but we never heard any noise from there.

Vacay

The condo was true to pictures. It was big and had a great view. We loved how small and quiet it was there. Not many people at all. The beds were comfortable. Yes, there's some updating that needs to be done as per previous reviews, but who cares. The only issue we had was getting the TV in the living room to work. We realized it could turn on and off from the wall, but we never got the remote to work either. Not a huge deal. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. I would stay there again.

We will be back!

Upon arriving there were people trapped in the elevator screaming for help so that was unnerving. Elevator was out of order for a bit and extremely inconvenient. Also all the construction going on to the building and outside was noisy and a mess but good to know they are keeping the place up. But the condo itself was clean and felt like home. Good parking and location to shops was great. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. We will be back next year if not sooner

PCB Family Vacation

The condo was a bit dated in some areas. The kitchen could be rearranged to place the microwave in more easily assessable spot. One balcony door we were not able to open at all. The 2nd door was very difficult to open. Maybe some TLC could be done to it. The hot tub on the property was a little lacking on the Hot part, but was clean. But overall it was a nice stay. Would stay at the Aqua Vista again.

Not what we expected

Upon arrival, we were met with not only construction on the main road, but the condo building itself was being renovated. Every day we woke up to a new inconvenience: the elevator was shut down, no parking, stairwells closed, plaster all over the car, painting the ceiling directly outside our door, scaffolding infront of our oceanfront balcony, noisy equipment, etc. We were given no notice of this nor was it listed anywhere in the listing information or on their website. The condo itself was ok; it could use a facelift and an overall thorough cleaning. We were disappointed but atleast the weather was nice.

Not what it was cracked up to be.

I guess it started with our arrival. When your traveling in the car for hours it’s just a little frustrating when I didn’t have the code for the gate, thank goodness our friends arrived before us and their email had everything laid out for them. Upon arrival We literally had to sit outside the door to our room until 4:00 because the would not activate the front door code even 14mins early (best part is it wouldn’t work until 4:02). The condo size was great but not very clean. I know it’s a beach and expect sand but not after it was just cleaned. More than half of the lights in the condo were not working and there was no internet. I did not have parking passes in my room. Thank goodness for our friends who had 2 in their condo. The condo itself needed some serious updating and cleaning. I believe the property management company should make sure their cleaning company is throughly cleaning especially during a pandemic.

AWESOME AFFORDABLE VACATION

Our condo was nice and clean. The view was nice. Mariene life was great for the grandkids. We were booked in four rooms for our family of 31. Pool was nice and hot tub relaxing. Grocery store across the street was convenient. We have been here many times with family and friends. Never have had a bad experience.

cockroach in condo, sand all over bed sheets, poor cleaning

First of we didn't even get a gate code to get in, and we didn't even get a parking pass! Super poor communication. Walked into condo to find it very dirty, the bed sheets where not even changed they all had sand all over where and dirty. During day we saw cockroach and of course at night. No manual what so ever neither! Will not go back again.

Beautiful beach view

The property in general was lovely even if dated. Property was not cleaned well, however. The oven was dirty and smelled of burnt food when in use. Behind the sofa was very dirty, and had not been cleaned for some time due to the dust behind the sofa.
