Step into this custom rustic modern vacation home, located near Deer Mountain/Ski Mystic Miner - the center of the recreational corridor of the Northern Black Hills! ATV and Snowmobile trails are within 1.5 miles of the property and can be access through the gravel road, so no need to trailer your machines to local trailheads! Are you traveling for some sightseeing? At only 15 minutes from Spearfish Canyon and it's magnificent rimrock canyon walls, you can be cruising, hiking, rock climbing or trout fishing in some of the most amazing streams in the area. You can be skiing at Terry Peak within 10 minutes as well! Don't forget about Deadwood - enjoy the local restaurants and festivities or gamble to your hearts desire within 15 minutes in Deadwood. You'll even have taxi service to and from Moonlight Ridge! Last but not least, you're only 1 hour from Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, and other Black Hills attractions!

After spending the day enjoying the local trails and attractions, come back to your own luxurious cabin surrounded by ponderosa pines. You'll be hard pressed to find a more beautifully decorated cabin with rustic accents in a brand new construction! You'll have peace and quiet on the wonderful deck and relax under the stars in the newly added hot tub! With 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, 4 twins - There's a king bed in the loft, a Queen bed in the main floor bedroom, a queen in one of the basement bedrooms, and 4 twins as bunk beds in the other basement bedroom) and 2.5 baths nestled in over 2000 sq. ft., you'll have plenty of room to whisk away to some seclusion from your group. You'll have two cozy living areas and a gas fireplace on the main floor with a modern kitchen. You'll enjoy the vast parking area around the home for your trailers and the garage for sheltering your favorite ATVs, motorcycles, and snowmobiles. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good experience. The house is clean and comfortable and well equipped with dishes, towels, bedding, etc. Basement level is a bit cold compared to the rest of the house, but still adequate. Gas fireplace also has a few quirks, but no big issues with the property overall, clean and well kept and a good property for multiple couples and kids.

Moonlight Ridge

Loved the view. The cabin was nice. Coffee pot didn’t work, called the property manager and she brought us a new one. Location was excellent for us. Not much for kitchen towels.

We booked the house for Christmas. We enjoyed most of our time during our visit. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room. Concerns: - We were told the house would at least have a Christmas tree up since we would be spending the holiday at the property and there were no decorations or tree. - When they say there are no window coverings... there is none..even in the master bath. You can't tell by the photos but you have a cabin behind you and all around. Also share a driveway with another cabin. Everytime the neighbors come up and down the drive you have headlights coming into the house. -As a family of six or more I do recommend bring more plates, bowls and glasses ect. With only five plates and five bowls you run out fast and they only give you a few pods to run the dishwasher. - FLIES are everywhere (alive and dead). They were on the floors in the kitchen and livingroom (not to mention the amount on the window sills) and furniture, bathroom, bedrooms. First thing I had to do when I arrived was to sweep up as many as i could. No vaccum on the property. - driveway is steep so when there is snow and ice and does make getting up and down a little difficult All these have been said in previous reviews and Ishould of taken them more seriously. Just a recommendation is to stop off at a Walmart or Target, ect. before heading up the mountain. Lead has a grocery store..very nice and cute grocery store but prices are on the high side. FYI there is a king size bed in the loft
