Je demande un remboursement car j'ai jamais été dans la maison. J'ai demandé un remboursement depuis le 30 décembre car la propriétaire ma dit que ce n'est pas possible pour ses dates mais elle a quand même encaissé l'argent sans annulé la réservation je demande remboursement totale merci

Vortäuschung falscher Tatsachen zum Hochpreis

Online-Darstellung entsprach bei weitem nicht der Realität. Zudem zu hochpreisig-überteuert. Insgesamt dreckig, fehlendes Geschirr, defektes Inventar, sehr laute Umgebungsgeräusche wie z.B. sehr laute Pool-Wasserpumpe im ständigen Betrieb, nachts permanent bellende Nachbarhunde. Unzuverlässiger und unkooperativer Ansprechpartner.
