Unit T430 is located on the 2nd floor of Pacific Terraces.

The unit is beautifully decorated and has hardwood floors, a wet bar and an ocean view from the living room and the bedrooms.

It has a queen bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. ( both beds set up higher than normal )

Sofa sleeper in the living room. Air mattress is available in unit if needed.

One pet is allowed. Pet fee is $20.00 per night.

**Please note this unit is accessible by stairs only**

You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool only. There is NO access to a hot tub.

Quiet, convenient beach location.

Five minute walk to the beach. Three minutes to the heated indoor pool. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and cute interior with a bonus washer/ dryer. Only downside was that the unit is pet friendly but all the grassy areas are marked "no pets" which made it difficult to find a bathroom spot for our dog.

Amazing

I was positively wowed by everything about this place! It was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in! The apartment was absolutely beautiful and super well maintained! The decor is the cherry on top! I loved the location: right by the beach but the small town is quiet but has everything you need. Communication with property owners was super easy and we had zero quibbles. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will definitely return!
