This home has everything you are looking for and need! We loved the open feeling of the home, the comfortable beds, sitting in the sun on the west facing deck and watching the sunset. It was clean and the neighborhood very quiet. We felt we were the only people in the area. Loved it.

Everything was great for our stay! The house had everything we needed. It's a short walk to a huge sparsely-populated beach. The house is halfway between Seaside and Astoria, so very convenient to both towns. We look forward to visiting here again!

This rental property is in a gated community that felt very safe and private. We absolutely loved being able to walk to the beach from the house. This place had all of the amenities and was very comfortable for our group. Highly recommend.

Great property in Surf Pines!

We have stayed in other properties in Surf Pines and this is our new favorite. Nice trail with easy beach access, Lots of trees around the yard making it more private and the deer like it too, they were in the yard every day! We will absolutely book this home again!

This beautiful house has everything you need for your stay from shampoo to beach toys to board games for all ages. Very comfortable beds, lots of towels for 4 adults and 3 kids. Even the dog didn’t want to leave!

The house was great for our group and for celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. The big yard with fun games, the well-appointed deck, and interior furnishings made it easy to relax, play, and hang out. The walk to the beach was easy and the distance provided by the dunes gave us privacy while enjoying the back yard and deck.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing and the house had everything we needed and was very cozy. It could use a little TLC like removing carpet, but for a house right on the ocean that allows dogs, I would expect it to be a bit worn. I love places that allow me to bring my pups so it was perfect for us! I would definitely consider staying there again.

Quiet and Relaxing

Quiet location with relaxing walks along a very serene beach. The house was a perfect place for our girls get together. It was the perfect size, whether we were sitting on the back deck, gathering in the cozy living room or playing games at the large dining room table. Close to so many beautiful Oregon beach towns and walking trails. We will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Wonderful coastal retreat!

We stayed with our 1 and 3 year old and it was such a fun family adventure. Had everything we needed at the house and were able to take full adventure of the seemingly private endless beach. It was a little hike from the house but the kids (and pup) loved it. Saw whooly bears and plenty of bugs along the way to keep them busy. Super fun bunk room for the kiddos!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home because we fell in love the MOMENT we saw it. The private walk to the beach, cozy fireplace, and large lawn for games and activities drew our family to the Oregon Coast. Being in a gated community, we felt safe with our children.

We love that it is close to everything! We enjoy taking our kids to Seaside and enjoying the tourist town with a carousel, good restaurants, and boardwalk. Historic Astoria and Fort Stevens make for a great afternoon outing or day trip!

The home has been recently remodeled and its truly a retreat that we hope you enjoy!

What makes this property unique

It isn't in the downtown area, but its better! Being in a gated quiet community, you get the beach, the fun the peace, while the downtown hustle and bustle still only a few minutes away.
