THE MOBIL HOME

The Mobile Home is an I. R.M. (leading French brand on the market), almost new, 40 m² in year 2013

The strong points of the Mobile Home are:
- 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), with independent parental suite.
- 6m² terrace, lighted and heated - bringing the area of the mobile home to 46m², even in low season.
- Large wooded plot of 150m², quiet.

For your comfort, the Mobile Home is equipped with a discreet and soothing decoration, and with:
Double glazing, blackout blind in the master bedroom, radiators in each room, bathroom and separate WC, hairdryer, Samsung LED flat screen TV, radio-C. D. Philips, full inventory (glasses, plates, pots, etc.) for 8 people, real fridge / freezer, 4 gas burners, built-in oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 1 fans, air conditioning n is not essential in this region), board games (Uno, Monopoly, 1000 terminals, etc.), iron, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner without bag and necessary cleaning, gas barbecue, garden table and its 8 chairs, 5 sunbathing, etc.

Duvets, pillows and bedspreads provided.

Private parking to park two vehicles in front of the Mobil Home.

    Mobile home conforme et bien situé.

    Tout d’abord pour ceux qui passent par Abritel en pensant avoir à faire directement par le propriétaire ce n’est pas le cas, la propriétaire passe par une société REV2VACANCES pour la gestion du mobile home. Privilégiez le contact par téléphone et non par mail ou texto. Personnellement j’ai eu un bon contact avec la gérante de REV2VACANCES et je n’ai pas eu de problème, elle est plutôt arrangeante et sympathique. Pour revenir au mobile home lui-même il est assez bien situé dans le camping, certes y’a du vis-à-vis mais ce n’est pas gênant. Le mobile home n’est pas tout neuf mais fait largement le job, de plus dans l’annonce il n’y avait pas écrit l’existence d’une machine à laver et c’est vraiment un plus. Je peux juste reprocher qu’au niveau de l’équipement vaisselle on peut faire vraiment mieux, un exemple ; il y avait uniquement 3 petites cuillères, pas d’économe ni de tire-bouchon fonctionnel. Je n’ai pas utilisé le barbecue car je n’avais pas vu que la grille était dans le four du mobile home, à voir si les dimensions sont bonnes, mais ce dernier va être changé d’après la gestionnaire du mobile home. Un renouvellement chez Ikea ou autre serait judicieux pour améliorer la qualité du mobile home. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l’annonce est conforme, je recommande pour une famille, nous étions 5 dont 2 adultes. Le camping quant à lui est plutôt bien mais si je trouve que les « Fun Pass » pour bénéficier de la piscine est assez cher.

    Property manager only French speaking, dropped a bill in our hands for 980 euros to protect their property even though we had insurance in place, then a bill for a further 315 euros to use the pool and it's slides and entertainment, the photos of the slides make them look better than they really was.

    Misleidende advertentie van madame Sekson

    Slechte en onduidelijke communicatie. Als voorbeeld heb ik geinfomeerd of er dekbedden aanwezig waren. Ik kreeg te horen dat deze niet aanwezig waren. Bij aankomst bleken de dekbedden wel aanwezig te zijn. Wij hebben dus voor niets vier dekbedden inclusief overtrekken meegesleept. In het huisje was de afvoer van de douche lek, het wasrek was verroest, de ovendeur was kapot. Alle euvels gemeld bij de contactpersonen terplaatse. Dit was een onbeschofte dame die geen enkele moeiite deed om engels te praten en de telefoon er op gooide. Er ontbrak bestek, er was selchts 1 pan om te koken. Rest waren koekepannen! De kookpan bevatte aangebrande etensresten. Prijs kwaliteit/verhouding was te triest voor woorden!

    Le mobil-home n'est pas adapté pour 8 adultes, et la vaisselle (batterie) est obsolète voire plus du tout utilisable. L'annonce est mensongère.

    Bonsoir Monsieur, Notre mobilhome a toujours accueilli 8 personnes sans problèmes , certifiés constructeurs, concernant la vaisselle que vous trouvez obsolète nous avons fait un état des lieux avant la remise des clés vous avez signalés RAS à notre grande surprises vous signalez qu’il y’a des bactéries . Merci à vous d’être correct quand vous partez du mobilhome sans faire le ménages.

    excellent séjour

    Très beau mobil home très fonctionnel, il est à déplorer l'état de la terrasse, du salon de jardin, des bains de soleil et du barbecue. Nous avons signalé tout cela à la responsable gérant la location du bien, mais renvoie tout sur le propriétaire. De même je signale que l'état des lieux entrant n'a pas été fait, même si on nous a demandé de signer rapidement le document et que de toute manière il n' y aurait pas de problème à la sortie. A la sortie l'état des lieux a été des plus rudes ('40mn(et on nous a facturé une latte de lit cassée alors qu'elle l'était à l'arrivée. Je trouve lamentable cette façon de faire et surtout par des gens incompétents et désagréables. D'ailleurs la réputation de ces personnes est bien connue au sein du camping et cela est bien désagréable. Je précise par ailleurs que nous ne sommes pas destinataire des états des lieux, la preuve que.....

    Camping familial et sympa. Mobil home joli et pratique avec les deux sanitaires malheureusement le four ne fonctionnait pas, les chaises de jardin n'étaient pas nettoyées à notre arrivée tout comme le barbecue. Ceci nous a été facturé à posteriori. Pas d'entrée des lieux. Je prendrai des photos la prochaine fois...

    mobil home très bien et spacieux, par contre environnement assez bruyant, camping sympa, activités un peu cher notamment la location de vélos. Situé un peu loin de la mer quand on est à pied... Le mobil home manque un peu de vaisselle. C'est très propre et fonctionnel.
