New to the island Grande fisherman granite house, very charming, close to the sea (100 meters at high tide), sea view, in a quiet impasse, any comfort (renovated in 2015) with sunny terrace to the southwest. Direct access to the coastal path that goes around the island (GR 34), 500 meters from sandy beaches. Sailing school nearby, LPO (Bird Protection League).
Close to Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, Ploumanac'h, Trébeurden. 10 km TGV station and airport.

Le gite est propre, joliment aménagé. La vue est magnifique. Depuis les chambres on a vue sur la baie parfois sans eau, à marée basse, parfois avec la mer à marée haute. Et dans le lointain, on discerne la pleine mer. C'est très serein. Très silencieux. Complètement dépaysant pour nous montagnards !Le contact avec les propriétaires a été excellent. Très bon accueil, avec des indications touristiques et pratiques, grande réactivité pour de menus problèmes rencontrés.Seul bémol, la salle de bain toute, toute petite, mais compensée par une très agréable cabine de douche.Je recommande la crêperie toute proche.Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 3. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs. En 1er le tour de l'ile à pied !

Der Check-in war problemlos und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ist sehr gut gelegen an einem Rundwanderweg um die Ile-Grande. Von der Ile-Grande selbst waren wir begeistert. Der kleine Garten ist angenehm und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Insgesamt erschien mir der Preis für die Qualität der Unterbringung eher hoch. Das Haus hat zwar alles, aber es ist doch recht in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Wenig überzeugt mich auch das System, dass jeder Gast selbst die Endreinigung übernimmt. Gewisse Stellen im Haus werden somit bei der Reinigung vernachlässigt.

Petite maison Bretonne très sympathique

Bien situé. Nous avons circulé dans cette belle région de Bretagne. L'ÎLE GRANDE est un endroit reposant. Nous nous y sommes ressoucées... En tout cas, au mois de Juin.

Emplacement agréable

La maison est située près du sentier littoral sur Ile Grande. La tranquillité est garantie. Le jardinet, en cas de beau temps, doit être appréciable pour des repas à l'extérieur. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Mon bémol porterait sur la salle de douche qui mériterait une rénovation : la douche-cabine est correcte mais le coin lavabo est vraiment exigu et peu pratique. En cas de froid, les radiateurs sont efficaces.

Vacances reposantes au calme et dans la nature magnifique. Superbes vues et promenades devant la mer et les ciels toujours changeants. Gite confortable pour 2 personnes et très bon accueil.

Not as good as we thought it should have been

2 bedrooms on 1st floor, no bathroom, dangerous staircase for not so young or physically fit. Bathroom on ground floor very small and tiny wash basin. Circular shower, inadequate, no shower mat. Before we left we cleaned everything better than we found it and were still charged a cleaning fee.

Un séjour en demi-teinte.

Il n'y a rien de positivement très négatif, rien que l'on puisse directement citer mais l'ensemble n'est pas à la hauteur de l'offre. La maison est mignonne et bien décorée mais enclavée et il n'y a de vue que par la porte d'entrée. Certains équipements ont trop vécu et mériteraient d'être renouvelés, comme l'électroménager et le mobilier de jardin. Le prix est trop élevé au regard d'autres biens du même standard offrant de meilleures prestations mais c'est une tendance assez générale. Puis, cette mer soit disant à 100 mètres, c'est réel... mais quelques fois par mois, lors des grands coefficients de marée. Conclusion : un séjour en demi-teinte.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche an rosa Granitküste verbracht und uns in unserer Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ile Grande ist sehr ruhig und beschaulich.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben zwei tolle Ferienwochen auf der wunderschönen Ile Grande verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und hat eine tolle (Abend-) Sonnenterrasse. Das Haus liegt ruhig, dennoch ist alles gut fußläufig erreichbar (diverse Strände, Wochenmarkt, Crêperie, Bäckerei). Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

un petit bout de bonheur

La maison si situe au bout d'un chemin sur une île d'un grand calme. Là se trouve tout le charme d'une petite maison bretonne, les pierres, l'emplacement et l'organisation. Pas de problème de parking, c'est facile, le calme est garanti et le petit marché du mercredi matin est en haut du chemin.

Ruhiges Häuschen

Nettes kleines Ferienhaus. Das Bad ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und die Küche ziemlich eng, so dass nur eine Person kochen kann. Das ist ein bisschen schade. Aber ansonsten liegt es direkt am Rundwanderweg und ist sehr ruhig. Der Garten ist hübsch, mit windgeschützter Grillecke.
