About this property

Golf course guest home convenient to Oxford, lakes and entertainment

This is a newly renovated home to be used as our guest house for family and friends. This home is in the Westmoreland Heights subdivision in Batesville, just 2 blocks off Highway 6. The house is adjacent to our family home and sits atop a hill overlooking the 16th and 18th fairways of the Panola Country Club golf course. It features an open floor plan with a modern central kitchen with all new upscale appliances. We also have a basketball court for a little outdoor activity.

For SEC sports fans, we provide the "calm before the storm" being 25 minutes from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, The Pavilion and Swayze Field. For peaceful and mindful visits, our guests are 5 minutes from Magnolia Grove Monastery. Plenty of food and shopping available in Batesville and 25 minutes from the Oxford Square. For hunting and fishing enthusiasts, we are 5 minutes from Sardis Lake and 10 from Enid Lake and surrounded by some of the best hunting land in Mississippi. If you are gambler, we are 45 minutes from the Tunica casinos, with new Sportsbook available.

We do require 72 hours in between bookings.

Great proximity to Oxford/University of Mississippi. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store options. House was very comfortable and had a great kitchen if cooking while there. Clean and roomy, just off main road to everything in Batesville.

This house far exceeds the description and photos! It was very obvious from the time we drove up to the property that Rosemary and her family very generously and lovingly care for this home. It is so much more than a rental. They have gone far above and beyond to make this a home away from home. Every room is perfectly appointed & very tastefully decorated. You won’t want for a single thing during your stay. Take advantage of the lovely deck and the views of the yard and golf course from it. We were staying for our son’s college graduation, and Rosemary even left a gift for him, along with some special napkins and cups. I don’t think I could say enough nice things about this home or the owners. Hurry and book your stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. This was our third stay and we have already booked a fourth. The property has everything you would need and more. Very spacious. Perfectly appointed home off the beaten path of Ole Miss. Easy to get to and my student enjoyed the getaway with very comfortable beds!! The golf cart was a super fun way to check out the golf course in as well :) Owner was incredibly helpful with pointing the way to restaurants, etc.

The house was great, very cozy and comfortable, the amenities were awesome especially the luxurious towels. We didn’t need to purchase any extra detergents, soap, salt/pepper, paper towels and etc. it was all in abundant supply. The neighborhood was quaint, quiet, secure and relaxing. There was a nice basketball court that we enjoyed shooting some hoops. The hosts Rosemary and Tom were available if needed. We could not find a better place to bring our family of 8 and really look forward to our next stay in Parsley Sage.

Perfect Family Getaway

We booked Parsley Sage for our family's Thanksgiving celebration. It was the perfect place for our family! We were so relieved to find that every detail had been taken care of. Rosemary and Tom were the perfect hosts and included our family in their Thanksgiving tradition. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back soon!
