This house is in a quiet new neighborhood in Pleasant Hill Iowa located 20 minutes from Downtown DesMoines,15 minutes from Adventureland amusement park, 15 minutes from Prairie Meadows Casino, 10 minutes from the Iowa State Fairgrounds, 20 minutes from the Chichaque Valley Trail head in Bondurant and 30 minutes from the Iowa Speedway in Newton. This is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. The property has a washer and dryer and a 2 stall attracted garage available for your use. This entire 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom home is for your private use. It comfortably sleeps 6. There is 1 queen size bed and 2 full size beds. All the comforts of home, with direct TV, wifi, new furnishings, pots, pans, table service, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. Kickback on either of the two custom leather sofas while adjusting the flame and heat in the fireplace. Utilize the 55 "smart TV in the living room or the smart TV in the Master Bedroom.

Perfect place to stay for golf and to see horses run in circles at the local racetrack. Although I didn’t use any of the amenities, this place was well equipped for small children, outdoor grilling, and anything else you can think of doing. A real gem. The host really has put thought into what anyone may need.

Stayed 3 nights to attend NASCAR race in Newton. House was only half hour drive away from track. Very comfortable house for my group of 6 to stay in. The neighborhood was quiet. No troubles accessing house or garage. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. We used the lawn chairs and grill one night. Otherwise not there much because we were at the track. Plenty of hot water for all 6 of us to shower each night. Comfortable and roomy.
