Big, clean private master bedroom suite & private bathroom in a single family house. Room has its own microwave, mini fridge & freezer. 200 MBPS fast WIFI. Lots of free street parking. Self check in. Central Colo home base-20 min from Downtown & Airport, 5 minutes from DTC. Walk to Cherry Creek State park-large lake & 30 miles of trails. Walk to restaurants or order takeout. 420 is allowed outside. Carbon fiber steel bed frame. The room is the furthest away from the HVAC so can be warmer in summer and colder in winter.

You're renting a private master suite with a private bathroom inside a single-family house. No smoking.

*Queen size bed with premium Nectar memory foam mattress and the mattress is always kept protected with a waterproof membrane for hygiene and cleaned after guests. The mattress is firm.
*Unbreakable carbon fiber steel bed frame that is silent, you can let loose here, the bed cannot break! The floors are made of handscraped bamboo which is also strong and silent.
*Closet with plenty of hangers.
*32 inch smart TV that includes: Amazon Prime movies, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ and more, you can also login and connect to any of your preferred services.
*Computer office desk with comfy office chair in the bedroom.

Amazing host, ultra clean and comfortable

This home is beautifully decorated, ultra clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easy access to the freeway in a nice safe neighborhood. Gabe and his wife are the kind of hosts you hope for...very responsive and kind.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The room and bathroom were very clean. The house had a fresh clean aroma. No hint of smoking in the house. Which to an asthmatic is very important. Colors are eye appealing. Easy access entry into the house and into the room. The locking system on the front door worked perfectly. No worries about what hour you came and went, yet once you were in you felt very safe. Due to the filtration system in the bathroom, I was able to make my morning cup of tea. I would recommend this location to everyone. The couple who lives here were helpful, considerate and asked multiple times if I needed anything. Which I didn’t because they had already thought of everything. Also, the neighborhood was pleasant and quiet, which also was an added plus to the trip.

Couldn't have been better

The room was great. I had a private bathroom and full access to the kitchen. I couldn't have asked for a better host! Gabe helped me navigate the new city and provided suggestions on what to do, where to eat, and how to get around.
