Unfortunately, our experience hosting this guest was not ideal. Throughout their stay, they appeared very anxious and often overreacted to minor situations, creating unnecessary tension. Despite our ongoing efforts to provide clear communication and support, the guest remained restless and frequently expressed concerns that were not grounded in reality. They also declined our standard in-person check-in and check-out meetings, which we offer to ensure guests feel comfortable, informed, and supported. These meetings are a key part of our service and often help prevent misunderstandings—but unfortunately, this guest chose not to take advantage of them. During their stay, there was also a temporary water supply issue in the building, which affected multiple units and was beyond our control. We still took full responsibility for their comfort and even offered a small compensation gift as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, that too was not well received. We take guest security and satisfaction very seriously and always aim to create a safe, welcoming environment. While we respect everyone's right to express concerns, this guest's behavior was difficult and, at times, unreasonable. We wish them well, but would recommend other hosts approach with caution.
