Included for your pleasure are a gymnasium & 2 pools each one with a different ocean view.

Also for your convenience the condo is located in the heart of town and just 3 blocks from the white sandy Flamingo beach and all within walking distance to 5 international restaurants, a rent a car office, shops, a market, an ice cream parlour & the tourist office. Located very close to the future Flamingo Marina you have the option to fish, scuba dive, snorkel or take a sunset tour on a catamaran.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in a great location. The views are amazing and the beds are comfortable. Olivia responded promptly and quickly addressed the minor issues that popped up. It was a relaxing stay overlooking a beach beach.

Very nice.

Wonderful and large balcony with view of Playa Flamingo.The unit was very large as well. Few minutes drive to the Marina with parking so you don't have to walk the steep hill to the base of the plaza where there are good restaurants.Angelinas is terrific. A little noisy in the evening with loud disco music in the plaza.

Lovely suite, large balcony in particular was very nice. Easy access to the beaches and other amenities in the area. We had some minor AC issues and they were very promptly taken care of. The water pressure issues are being experienced in every unit so not a fault of the manager but something to be aware of. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Playa Flamingo Condo

The directions to the apartment were not clear which made it an adventure finding the apartment in the dark. Better directions would have been: from the marina, cross the bridge then take the next right by the supermarket and economy car rental. Go up the steep hill 300m and the entrance to the car park for the Presidential Suites is on the LEFT. The apartment itself is a nice property and is as described. It has a large veranda with a nice ocean view although the sunset is blocked by 3 high rise towers in between the apartment and the north end of the beach. The apartment itself is in need of some updating (broken hairdrier, leaking fridge, hob needs to be lit with a hand held lighter, AC noisy). The apartment also needs a thorough cleaning. It would have been helpful to have a welcome packet explaining the workings of the various appliances and an introduction to the local neighborhood. The apartment gets its view by being high up on the hill. Below it is a plaza with nice restaurants with friendly staff. The drawback with being so close to the plaza is that every other day there is a worker with a leaf blower that starts work at 6am so no chance of sleeping in after he starts work. The beach is a short walk down the hill. It is a long beach with plenty of shade from the trees. During our stay it was very windy every day so the waves were quite strong which might not suit young children. At the south end of the beach is a beach side bar called Coco Loco’s where you can watch the stunning sunset while you dine. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

Dear Iain, thank you for the review. I will take care about everything you mentioned. You right about the direction I was hoping you were using Waze or Google maps. All the air conditioners are very quiet but in the living room because the a/c is in the middle of the living room there is a small machine that takes the water out once in a while. It was very windy while you stayed but the wind when down, the dust, and the leaves to be blown​. I'm happy to know that you had an enjoyable stay. Hope you come back! Olivia

Perfect for 2 couples!

Very clean and comfortable. Note that both bedrooms and the living room open onto a balcony with beautiful views of Flamingo Beach. The kitchen has a view of Portrero Bay. Olivia is a gracious host. Be aware that the walk to/from Flamingo beach may be a challenge for some older adults. There are convenient golf cart rentals close by if your group needs that I highly recommend a stay at this spacious condo!

Amazing location and appartmen

We had pleasent experience staying in beautiful apartment with incredible view of playa flamingo, condo located walking distance to the beach or few minutes drive if not interesting walking, appartmen had everything we really need, balcony is big and all bedrooms have exit to balcony plus view, condo inside very nicely decorated and was very clean , there is a pool on property belongs to condo looks very nice , I would definitely recommend this apparent to my friends, thank you Olivia! We will be back!
