We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were nice and it was great kitchen and front room. It was very spacious. There were wonderful amenities; an activity for everybody. Kids loved the pools and all the sport stuff. Owners were great to work with. We would stay here again.

My children had a good time at the pools especially the water slides. There were lots of activities to do for those who didn't want to swim. Everything was clean and family- friendly.

In a place that was labeled “no pets”, the master bedroom clearly smelled of a dog when we first arrived…the main bathroom smelled of sewer coming from the sink…some of the amenities at the resort weren’t working (hot tubs and ping pong)…that being said, all the other amenities were excellent and used by our kids!!! For the price it was worth it…Scott the host was very easy to work with and did his best to answer our questions.

The guest checked in one and one half hours too early while our cleaner was still cleaning. at 2:30 PM which didn't allow her to finish the cleaning properly. All of our written information show check in time is at 4 PM so we can have it cleaned properly. This did not allow us to finish our cleaning. He didn't leave and allow her to finish He opted to stay. To check in early and then complain one room wasn't smelling right? We don't allow pets in our condo. Why he claimed it smelled like a dog ? We weren't done cleaning. I request the review taken down.

Fun for family

Property was clean and location is awesome. Great value, great property manager and great outdoor entertainment for families. Only thing to worry about is a smaller water heater. I would bring my family back to this property again.

Thank you for the kind review and glad everyone had a great time. Strangely the bath in the middle bathroom has the cold water and hot water dial reversed and so this has confused some into thinking the hot water is gone, but we have never had someone claim the hot water heater wasn't enough in the many different stays we have had. We have now since mark the dial better to help prevent this confusion going forward.
