Located in Port-Blanc on the Pink Granite Coast, 200m from the beach on foot by road or road, large family house (8-10 people, possibility 12), with views of the bay and its archipelago of islands, on a large plot (5000m2) fenced with its pine forest to play, have a barbecue, great bike rides, sailing, horse riding ... or do nothing. Close to the medieval town of Tréguier and the seaside town of Perros Guirrec.
Located between the equestrian center at 300 m and the sailing school on foot at 200 m.
A beautiful organic farm less than a kilometer away.

Penvénan has one of the most beautiful coasts of Brittany and the beauty of its seascape dotted with small islands makes it a real paradise. Its bay, renowned for its safety, allows all nautical joys (sailing school from the age of 8 years) and the beach club for the little ones. Chapels, calvaries, manors, so many curiosities to discover by using the many hiking trails from the inside. On the sea side, from Port Blanc to Buguèlès, the seascapes are linked together, each one more beautiful than the other, allowing you to discover the many islets by the sea and the superb Buguèlès tide mill.
The use of the tide to operate a mill seems to date back to the 12th century. There are many of them along the Breton coast. The mill is placed in the middle of a dike with two apertures. The first port lets in the water at rising tide, while the second on which the paddle wheel is located, releases it when the sea comes down. A very good idea to go to PENVENAN.

Très belle maison de charme à proximité des activités de bord de mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison dont la pièce à vivre est vraiment superbe. Maison très bien équipée, côté cuisine, linge de maison, électroménager. Le club nautique et la mer sont à 700 m à pied. La côte à proximité est idéal pour les activités et pour se baigner. Nombreuses balade et excursion dans les alentours. Très bon accueil de la part de notre hôte.

Belle maison bien située, malheureusement pas entretenue, n’est pas au niveau du prix pratiqué pour la location: Vétusté, moisissures, humidité avec odeur prégnante (particulièrement désagréable dans les chambres), propreté pas au top (cuisine). Barbecue totalement hors d’état faute d’entretien… tout à l’avenant. Maison avec de beaux volumes et grande capacité d’accueil, mais absolument à remettre en état. Propriétaire (non présent sur site) à l’écoute, informé (dossier photos envoyé), mais reste dans le déni. Dommage. Egalement, promesse de remise sur le prix de la location non tenue.

Nous avons été très contents de passer ces quelques jours dans la maison de Guillaume, une magnifique maison, on s'y sent comme chez soi ! tout était vraiment génial ! Grande maison au calme

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à la Toussaint dans cette région superbe proposant des ballades magnifiques. Nous étions 4 donc avec beaucoup d'epace, mais la maison doit etre parfaite pour 6 adultes et autant d'enfants. Les + : grande maison calme et très lumineuse avec pièce à vivre chaleureuse, cheminée fonctionnelle et éclairage soigné. Cuisine très bien équipée, eau chaude sanitaire et chauffage OK, internet efficace, mer accessible à pieds, accueil sympatique. Les - : jardin manque d'entretien c'est dommage mais probablement lié au confinement. Manque de rangements dans la cuisine. La vue magnifique depuis la chambre mériterait un bureau.

Nous avons été ravis de séjourner dans cette charmante maison de Port Blanc pour y découvrir la magnifique côte de granite rose. Sa situation à 300 m de la mer est très appréciable! La maison est grande, bien équipée et convient parfaitement aux enfants et bébés. Notre hôte avait d’ailleurs installé tout le nécessaire de sécurité. Petits cadeaux de bienvenue et conseils pour les visites aux environ vous attendrons à votre arrivée. Nous recommandons fortement!

Les étoiles que j'ai cochées ci-dessus reflètent mon appréciation générale. J'ajouterai que les équipements et fournitures sont très généreusement mis à disposition ! Mes réticences sont essentiellement liées à la propreté de la maison, globalement satisfaisante mais laissant à désirer lorsque l'on va un peu dans les coins et au fait - ici, la propriété n'est pas en cause - que nous avions pensé que nous pourrions aller à la plage à pied, mais l'intensité de la circulation automobile et la quasi absence de bas côtés pour les piétons nous a obligés à utiliser la voiture avec les difficultés classiques de stationnement aux abords des plages.

Nous venons de passer une excellente quinzaine de jours de vacances dans cette grande et belle maison (avec notamment une salle à vivre « cathédrale » impressionnante et très chaleureuse). Nous avons eu la chance d’être accueillis par Marc Thiercelin (« captain Marc »), très sympathique et chaleureux, avec lequel nous avons beaucoup sympathisé tout en écoutant le récit passionnant de ses aventures au grand large.. nous recommandons très vivement la location de cette maison, à la fois pour l’accueil et pour les activités disponibles à proximité (centre nautique, centre équestre, etc)

Nous avons été très contents de notre séjour dans cette maison familiale, très bien équipée. Beaucoup d'espace, facile de s'isoler si on vient nombreux. Feu dans la cheminée très agréable. Bonne literie, draps et serviettes de toilettes à disposition - très propres et nombreux. Bcp jeux de société à disposition, épuisettes, seaux... Parfait! Merci bcp pour tout le nécessaire pour les petits déjeuners que vous nous aviez préparé et les attentions gourmandes qui ont été très appréciées. La mer est facilement accessible à pied avec des enfants. Port Blanc est un petit bord de mer encore préserve (mois d'avril) et très agréable - déjeuner au dessus de l'eau au Grand Hotel! A très bientôt, je l'espère!

Un coin de paradis en Bretagne

Nous sommes une famille avec 7 enfants. Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueilli par la famille Thiercelin. La maison est bien adaptée aux familles avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Très bien pour des vacances familiales

La maison est en conformité avec le descriptif, sur lequel on peut ajouter que la cuisine est très bien achalandée. La pièce principale est impressionnante et idéale pour se retrouver tous ensemble, grâce à cela, la télévision n'a pas servi durant les 2 semaines de notre séjour. La machine à laver de 15kg, et le sèche linge sont un vrai +, ainsi que la gentillesse des propriétaires qui nous autorisent à utiliser aussi bien la cheminée, que les jeux pour enfants et les vélos sur place. Nous avons été très bien accueillis aussi bien par Claire que par Marc, de passage au moment de notre arrivée. La découverte de Port Blanc et de sa chapelle, Paimpol, la plage des dunes, les galettes et les ballades sur le sentier des douaniers sont venus étoffer nos souvenirs de vacances.

Nous oublierons nos déboires avec une chaudière en panne en arrivant. Le climat breton étant ce qu'il est, même fin juin, il faut du chauffage dans un environnement humide ! La propreté n'était pas impeccable, c'est dommage. Très bon accueil sur place.

A very pleasant family home close to the picturesque 'granite rose' coast

We grew to love this comfortable, well-equiped family home and Claire and Guillaume could not have been more helpful. There is a lovely view of the sea from the third level but the photographs of a lawn with pines and a path down to the sea are not taken from the house. You can reach the sea via a path which lead to a side road. The coast in this part of Brittany is very picturesque and we very much enjoyed visiting the nearby seaside villages. The historical town of Tregieur is definitely worth visiting. It was great being able to use the G43 for walks all along the coast. Thank you again to Claire and Guillaume - you were wonderful hosts.

Your spacious, light-filled home with stunning views was simply ideal for us and extended family. Our young girls had an amazing time exploring your garden, wooded area and the path to the beach. Thank you for sharing your toy closet with them - they thoroughly enjoyed using all of the outdoor toys! The beach is a quick 10-minute walk away and our children enjoyed a week of sailing school right down the street. How perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much and can't wait to return. Thank you again so much, Claire, for all of your personal attention and hospitality. It was so kind of you to bring the girls treats for our return journey and to come say goodbye to us at 5:30 am! You made us feel so at home!
