The Nautical Nights is the perfect place to unwind, located in the heart of Downtown Melbourne yet only 3 miles from the beautiful Florida beaches! Enjoy terrazzo flooring through out this artistically decorated unit. Every detail through out is so unique and sure to send you sailing into a relaxation! Fantastic dining, shopping, and night life is all within walking distance through Historic Downtown Melbourne! For those who enjoy nature and a brisk walk/run, the Melbourne causeway is less than a mile away and there you can often see dolphins swimming and many other amazing wildlife! The Nautical Nights in Downtown Melbourne is the perfect getaway or refuge for leisure or business travel!

This duplex property is centrally located so you can enjoy all the Space Coast has to offer! Many famous attractions are an hour or less from The Nautical Nights unit in Downtown Melbourne. Disney, Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral just to mention a few. There are also many fun things to do in Melbourne such as canoeing in Turkey Creek, jet skiing in the Indian River Lagoon, and paddle boarding and surfing in Melbourne Beach! Also, enjoy Sea Turtle season, May- October, we are the largest sea turtle nesting area in the USA. This is a 1 bedroom, one bath unit, the Suite offers a King size pillow top mattress and there is a futon sofa in the main living area that can accommodate up to 2 additional guests.
The full bathroom offers tub/shower combination so you can soak for a bit or grab a quick shower!

You can also watch your favorite movies or local stations in the living area on the large flat screen television with Roku. WiFi is available and included during your stay.

The full size kitchen with dinette is equipped with all appliances, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and dishes to prepare your own home cooked meals. Or enjoy wine over the hand painted bar! Shared laundry room is available onsite. One parking space is available on the East side of the property.

Great stay in Melbourne

Great stay at Nautical Nights convenient to all Melbourne and the surrounding area has to offer. Rental was well equipped with all we needed to feel at home. Hosts were helpful with suggestions for a memorable trip. We traveled for a softball tournament at the Space coast stadium in Viera and were able to visit Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Patrick AFB, botanical gardens on FL Tech campus along with fun shops and restaurants in downtown Melbourne. Seeing sea turtles nesting near Melbourne was spectacular. All we encountered were very friendly and made for a fun, restful trip. We recommend Nautical Nights!
