Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Cayman Condos about a dozen times. This was by far our worst experience. Because we missed our connecting flight we had to stay over night in Charlotte. While not the problem of Cayman Condos, our vacation badly. We the office ahead of the time we were to arrive; there was no answer or answering machine. We called the assistant manager and left a message that we missed our flight and would be arriving the next day at 2:45pm. We arrived the next day looking forward our usual great time. We arrived at the office at about 3:30 pm. The office was locked up and no one was around. Fortunately a fellow came by who had a key to enter the office. He poked around and found the two keys to our rental unit. We unpacked and then tried to connect to the internet to let our kids know we had arrived safely. There was no connection. Also we could not get the television to work. We tried calling the office again and there still wasn’t anyone answering. Later our phone broke down and we were forced to make all of our local calls on our cell phone international rate; we solved our internet access by somehow joining one of the nearby condo’s connection ... the television still was not working. On our way out to get groceries we walked by the office and found the assistant manager there. Yeah, we told him about the phone, internet and television. He contacted the person who knew all about things technical. He said the fellow would be over later to get things set up for us. He didn’t show up until the next day. We discovered that one lamps on the bedroom night tables did not work. There are about 6 more failures including no housekeeping changes of sheets & towels for 6 nights. We had stayed in 109 two times before and swore we would never again. The cane furniture was very uncomfortable. Our usual rental wasn’t available. The owner had supplied new cushions so we went ahead. Big mistake! We won’t stay again if our usual unit isn

Perfect spot for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental was clean and fully equipped with towels and the cleaning items we needed. There was not a vacuum-that would have been nice for the sandy floors and our dryer was not working properly but the management company did stop by promptly to fix it. The cleaning service provided every fourth day was a bonus. The rental unit is much closer to the beach than pictures appear. It was a perfect unit for our 3 young boys. The back of the unit is easily accessed from the pool and beach which made quick lunch breaks and naps easy to manage. The restaurant on site had great food and beverage options, and having a swim up bar made our stay not only kid friendly, but adult friendly as well. The beach area was small but had plenty of space for residents and rentals. Our kids enjoyed wading in the rocked off area and were able to snorkel right in front.

Well stocked kitchen, beach towels, books, coffee maker, washer/dryer. steps from beach with chairs and umbrellas. Snorkling right off shore. Pool and hot tub. Not crowded. free parking.I was worried because The Margaritaville hotel is closed but it is not an issue at all. Pool, hot tub and pool bar are still open and well staffed.
