Due to HOA rules, this property is only available in 31+ day rentals and only to those renters who are 55 years and older. Renters must register at the n site HOA office. This is a lovely and spacious home that faces a park/ trail area and the view extends onto the mountains and the golf course. The open concept design of this home features a large living room with a wall mounted big screen smart TV, a large fully equipped island kitchen with slab granite counters, double ovens and a breakfast nook for 6. The tall 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors add to the spaciousness. The master suite is huge and overlooks the pool and the view. The master bath has two sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a big walk-in closet. The main bath is next to the 1st guest room with a queen bed and tropical theme. The third bedroom is a sleeping quarters with bunk beds. One double, one twin. There is also an office with internet access. This neighborhood has a complete clubhouse with a gym, indoor & outdoor pools, fitness classes, 18 hole putting course, library, billiards room, tennis and pickle ball courts. These amenities are for renters 31+ days but some use through a guest card system is available first come first serve. The neighborhood has a manicured regulation golf course as well as a beautiful18 hole executive course.

Dave and I are independent business owners who live part time in Indio, California and part time in the Seattle area of Washington. We love the desert and have family history in Indio which is what brought us here to start with. This is our second home in this neighborhood and we love it! This home has increased size, an amazing view and a larger pool and spa compared to our original home there. We are parents of two adult sons one of which is married and we have a grand daughter. We currently have a rescue dog, Zorro who gives us great joy. We are avid golfers and enjoy traveling the world.

We fell in love with the amenities this neighborhood offers and the beautiful golf courses here. The house has a view that is breathtaking. We really like the floor plan of this home and the location that is similar to living on a golf course but no balls being hit into the yard.
