Very bright apartment (facing south) - open view - residential area and very quiet.

This apartment in excellent condition is located on the ground floor of a condominium of 4 units, with private parking. It consists :

- a main room with a kitchen equipped for 4 people - washing machine drying),
- A sitting area with a sofa bed 140, flat screen TV, DVD player, HIFI channel
- a bedroom with (2 beds 90 x190), large closets, office.
- a shower room with shower
- an independent toilet

On foot from the port (5 min.) And the historic center (8 min.), The apartment is an ideal base for visiting the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, Belle-Ile at sea, the peninsula of Rhuys but also Trinidad, Carnac and Quiberon.

Beautiful well-appointed apartment

This immaculate apartment, with its own parking space, is an easy 10-minute walk into town. It has a very calm environment even in mid-summer. It is both very comfortable and extremely well-equipped and organised. We tend not to use the kitchen much when travelling but if preparing food, it lacked nothing with good preparation space on the breakfast bar. There were plenty of shelves in the dining area (with lots of information about the area); and lots of space to hang clothes in the bedroom. The bed was super king size and very comfortable. The owners, who have clearly given a lot of thought to how best equip and furnish this apartment, could not have been more helpful on both our arrival and departure. Our only regret was that we only had 5 days to take advantage of everything there and in the surrounding area. So a first class experience and we are very happy to strongly recommend it.

Idéal en tout point

L'appartement est idéalement situé , à 10 mn à pied du port. Il est spacieux, clair. Nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur estivale grâce aux murs épais de la maison qui conserve la fraîcheur. Nos hôtes ont été charmants, accueillants, et tellement serviables. Si nous revenons à Vannes, nous serons heureux de revenir dans cet appartement sans hésitation.

Apartamento simplemente perfecto para pasar unos días tranquilos en Vannes y visitar el Golfo de Morbihan. Isabelle fantástica como anfitriona. La location est très bien située, proche du centre ville et dans un quartier très calme. L'appartement est très propre et bien agencé, avec tout le nécessaire pour 4 personnes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui nous a fourni tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons même eu droit à un petit cadeau d'accueil! Parfait pour un beau séjour en famille

L'appartement est propre et très fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé, Vannes se rejoint très facilement à pied même avec de jeunes enfants, et la place attitrée est vraiment appréciable pour pouvoir rayonner ensuite dans le Golfe. Un très agréable séjour dans cette location qui est mieux en réelle que sur le site. Plus grand que sur les photos. Très bien située pour visiter Vannes et ces alentours. Isabelle et son mari sont très accueillants et sympathiques. L'appartement correspond bien à sa description, il est très propre et en très bon état. Il dispose de grands rangements très utiles. La localisation géographique permet de passer des nuits calmes tout en étant au plus près de l'animation du port et de la vieille ville avec tous ses bars et restaurants. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Ein schönes, ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegenes Appartement

Die Besitzer des Appartements haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns bei Fragen hinsichtlich möglicher Auskunftsziele sehr nett und hilfreich beraten. Das Appartement selbst ist einwandfrei. Man erkennt sofort, dass sorgsam mit ihm umgegangen wird. Es war sauber und von der Zimmeraufteilung sehr gut geschnitten. Die Fotos auf der Homepage entsprechen der Wohnung vor Ort exakt. Besonders toll ist, dass das Appartement in einem Innenhof liegt und man so keinen Straßenlärm wahrnimmt. Gleichzeitig ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Hafen und in der Stadt. Ein wirklich super Appartement :-)!
