In Vert Bois (municipality of Dolus d'Oléron) this new, spacious and bright house, classified 3 stars by Charente Maritime Tourism, is located at the crossroads of cycle paths and 10 minutes from the beach. In the middle of a garden with swimming pool, the house has a living room (40 m2) comprising the living room, the dining room with an open kitchen. Three bedrooms, all equipped with a closet, have single and double beds to accommodate 6 people (family or friends.). A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate wc plus wc complete the accommodation. On site, access to the swimming pool (4.25 x 2.25 x 1.40), to the forest and its sports course and to the cycle paths for Le Grand Village, La Cotinière, Dolus D'Oléron or the Château d'Oléron . Bikes, excluding rental, are available as is. On the beach of Vert Bois, with lifeguard, 10 minutes on foot, Surf School, Sand yachting school (Wind Oléron Club), rescue and fast food school

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem schönen und sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus mit ruhigem Garten. Der Swimmingpool ist ein tolles Extra, besonders für die Kinder. Der Strand in der Nähe ist super, wir waren viel Surfen :-) Die Räder des Hauses sind für den täglichen Ausflug zum Strand oder zur Bäckerei bestens geeignet.Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut, wir kommen gerne wieder

La maison est charmante et bien équipée, quartier très calme, mobilier de jardin pratique, petite piscine propre et agréable. Transat avec couvertures pour admirer les étoiles! Bonne surprise également les vélos enfants et ados en bon état. La plage est accessible à pied en 15 minutes ou en vélo à 5 minutes. En bémol le lit double est un peu étroit en 140

Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques dans cette maison très bien équipée (même des vélos prêtés) située à 2 pas de l'océan dans cet endroit calme et reposant. La piscine est geniale, on a adoré !

Location tres bien équipée

La localisation est au calme a proximité de plusieurs parcours vélo. Le logment est tres propre et tres bien equipe. Tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi. Très beau séjour

Très beau séjour dans cette villa très agréable à vivre et très fonctionnelle. Tout y est. Mention spéciale pour la piscine (non chauffée, pas très grande, mais largement suffisante pour se rafraîchir et profiter à 3 personnes). Les vélos mis à dispo sont bien pratiques pour se rendre à la plage notamment (en 5 min pour la plus proche). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons vivement.

Une charmante petite maisonnée, propre avec tous l'équipement nécessaire. La petite piscine est un réel point positif en +. A 5 minutes en vélo de la plage, parfait. Nous avons passer une très bonne semaine dans cette location et la région est magnifique.

Charmante maison pour passer un séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une charmante maison très bien équipée. La petite piscine ainsi que le jardin avec terasse ont rendu notre séjour très relaxant. La plage est proche et facile à atteindre en vélo. Je recommande un séjour dans ce logement.

Lovely home near the ocean. Very comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kids loved the swimming pool. Lovely island and beautiful home to stay in.
