About this property

Clean and cozy, impeccably maintained family house. This is a great family home with everything that you might need for your perfect Cape Cod vacation in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, kid friendly amenities, beaches.

Great for biking - Cape Cod Rail Trail is just down the street.

Enclosed outdoor shower; long driveway. Gas grill, lounge chairs and umbrella table set.

Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and umbrellas are available for you to use while you are staying. Linens and bath towels are all included as well.

Good for 4 -5 people, ideal for 2 adults with kids. The house has 1 full bathroom; 3 bedrooms with 5 beds:
The main bedroom has a Full-sized bed, while the 2 other rooms are furnished with 2 Twin beds in each room. Memory foam mattresses and box springs in 2 bedrooms.

Washer and dryer in the basement.
Fully equipped kitchen that sits 6.

Cozy living room is furnished with couch and chairs and TV.

Sun porch where you can sit down and enjoy some card games or just relax after a long day at the beach.

The beach is just minutes away. Please note, the property is not on the beach but accessible by driving about 8-10 minutes. The closest beaches are Dennisport, Corporation Beach, Mayflower Beach, West Dennis Beach, close to lake, parks, etc.

Important: Renters are responsible for removal of their own trash during the stay. There is a municipal dump and recycling center nearby where you can take the trash bags to dispose them for a small fee as a non-resident (Household Trash - $5 per bag or barrel without pass; Maximum size 33 gals). Nice vacation rental

A hidden gem

We love the place. The description of the property is right on. A cozy vacation home with great amenity for family vacation. It is close to everything, bike path, beach not far, grocery stores nearby. The neighbor is super friendly as well. Communication is perfect with the owner, who reminded me of the incoming hurricane. The only down side I can think of is the fact that only one bathroom, which is a bit tight for a family, but that is right on the description. Overall a very happy experience and we might want to come back next year.

Great place to stay!

This house was in a perfect location. Super clean with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner and very easy check in and out! Loved it and would highly recommend it.

We loved our stay

We thought it was a very clean comfortable home. We loved the central location & access to grocery & Rail Trail. Hosts were very accessible when we had questions. Beds were very comfy & all the utilities (fridge, AC, washer/dryer etc) in good working order. Such a bonus to have coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas provided. Would return.
