Great find. Beautiful secluded lakefront townhouse. Again, townhouse is directly on the lake with its own boat slip. Older townhouse is right on the lake and the patio is shaded. Friendly neighbors.Great WiFi. Roku on every TV. Great for a quiet, comfortable, no frills, stay right on the lake. Great stay.

The location was great and the view was outstanding. I would rate location as a 5. The pictures have to be old. The showers were not clean and the shower in the room with the lake view did not drain well. The clear liners had mildew and need replaced. There would not be enough silverware for everyone to have a knife to cut a steak. The living room furniture is old and rough feeling, almost felt crusty, not soft to sit on. The deck was great, but none of the chairs were clean, the were coated in dirt. The place did not even have salt and pepper. It seems to me that whoever the host trusts to keep the place in rentable shape is not doing their job, or the host does not care. I hate to leave a bad review, but I don’t think it is fair this was rated as exceptional in the state it was for us when we stayed. It smelled of mildew when you walked in. The beds were ok, very soft. Atmosphere was quiet, parking was good.

Older homes can still be clean. Dead roaches under the primary bed. I did not look under the guest bed. The shower curtain liner is mildewed and the curtain is water stained. The wall next to the dishwasher by the coffee pot is soiled with drips. The baseboards and behind the toilets are filthy. The primary bathtub does not drain and the guest bathtub had a bar of soap stuck in the drain. The queen bed needs to replaced. The leaves should have been blown off the back deck.

We were spending time with our daughter who is at Auburn for the summer and also attending NCAA regional baseball games. The property was convenient and accommodating for our families’ needs. Blue Creek boat rentals at Harbor Point Marina was exceptional for a pontoon rental. The outdoor furniture was in a bit of disrepair and the kayak was not usable. We very much enjoyed the paddle boards and lily pad. Also some of the bath towels provided had large holes in them. Because we came by plane, we appreciated the toiletries, dish soap and laundry detergent.

Beautiful views. I think we mostly stayed out on the back deck and dock. Clean, comfortable beds. Convenient, full but small kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.
