L’océan est un peu visible. Le garage est très étroit pour petites voitures mais fonctionnel et facile d’accès. Logement très propre et bien situé à proximité de tout à la marche. Air climatisé fonctionnelle mais coule sur le plancher. Bras de douchette brisée. Hôte très sympathique et accessible. Merci Claire

Sehr nah um Strand

Die Nähe zum Strand und zur Innenstadt sind genial. Dazu der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Sicht zum Meer ist sehr gering. Dafür kann man in 3 Minuten zum Strandlaufen

Tolle ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen hier verbracht. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist super, man kann sich jeden Morgen die Sonnenaufgänge ansehen und die Ruhe genießen. Das Meer ist direkt Straße zu erreichen. Überhaupt bräuchte man kein Auto, da sehr zentral gelegen. Ein paar Meter weg ist eine nette kleine Bäckerei. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einen großen Dank an Madame Rossi, unsere Vermieterin, Sie hat uns sehr nett empfangen.

Wunderschönes Appartement in La Ciotat

Claire hat uns einen sehr netten Check-In und Check-Out bereitet. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Terrasse war noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll war auch der sehr kurze Weg zum Strand und zum Hafen. Ein großes Plus ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit viel Platz zum rangieren. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!

Top Ferienwoche im Frühling

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten, modernen Überbauung in La Ciotat direkt am Strand. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und die Gastgeberin äusserst freundlich. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Einstellplatz in der Tiefgarage. La Ciotat ist perfekter Ausgangsort um die Cote d'Azur zu erkunden: Ausflug nach Marseille (Bus direkt vor dem Haus), Wanderung im Calanque Nationalpark, Baden im Meer, Strandfussball für unsere Jungs in wenigen Meter erreichbar uvm. Wir sind begeistert und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Nous recommandons sans hésitation l’appartement de Mme Rossi à la Ciotat : l’accueil chaleureux de l’hôte, la situation de l’appartement permettant à la fois de profiter de la ville, de la mer et des calanques, le tout à pied. L’intérieur du logement très bien agencé avec tout le confort, la terrasse avec vue sur mer, le parking sécurisé et l’aménagement du parc de la résidence sont des plus que nous avons aussi très appréciés.

L’appartement est très agréable et très bien placé avec une petite vue mer dans une belle résidence. L’accès au garage en sous-sol agrémente le confort car les place dans la rue sont rares et payantes.

nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cet appartement très propre, spacieux dans une résidence moderne au calme avec vue sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse. petit déjeuner au soleil et deux minutes ensuite les pieds dans la mer! propriétaire très disponible et aimable. Parfait!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec un appartement parfaitement conforme à la description voire au-delà. Une propriétaire aux petits soins. La proximité de la plage, le garage et la voie douce sont de vrais plus. Fortement recommandé.

Schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung entspricht dem Inserat und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frau Rossi und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt an der Promenade ist, ist es sehr ruhig dort. In der direkten Umgebung finden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Geschäfte und natürlich der Strand. La Ciotat ist ein schönes Küstenstädtchen mit vielen Möglichkeiten.

Très bien

Excellent séjour en cette fin mai 2022, d'autant que La Ciotat n'était pas inondé de monde à cette période. La description correspondait exactement au bien et la propriétaire était d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons connu un petit souci avec la douche mais il a été résolu dans la journée. Une adresse à retenir pour l'avenir.

Propriétaire accueillante, fort sympathique et disponible. L’appartement est récent, en excellent état, très bien situé proche de la plage et du centre historique. Résidence calme avec place de parking en sous-sol dans un box fermé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
