1st floor apartment in mansion with private garden on the ground floor. Ideally located. (Castle, sea, thalassotherapy pool, Casino and city center down the street)
Double living room very bright with southern exposure (living room with sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player) .Kitchen equipped open to the dining area including oven, gas stove including 1 electric, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric mixer, pressure cooker.
Room of 14m2 with double bed 160 and Norman cupboard (cot available)
Fully renovated shower room with hanging toilet and towel dryer.

For any further information, you can reach me (preferably from 18h on weekdays)

You can park for free on the Avenue Gambetta or La Barre parking for 4.5 euros per day or 15 euros per week. Once parked, you can do everything on foot and discover the city of Dieppe in all its aspects.

The apartment is 800 meters from Dieppe Train Station. You can get there by train or bus (FLIXBUS: Paris La Défense or Porte Saint Ouen-> Dieppe from 6.99 euros).

You have the option of taking the bed linen option for 10 euros per person or the bed and bath linen option for 15 euros per person.

Dinner in Dieppe

Very nice flat, shame on busy road out of Dieppe, but short walk into town and seafront. Would have preferred having cleaning and add-on for towels and sheets added to initial price that 'you pay'. (Also deposit). Fine for short break.

Magnifique appartement

Tout fût parfait dans ce mignon appartement tres bien décoré. On s’y sent tout de suite bien . Pas de wifi contrairement a l’annonce qui n’a pas ete mise a jour par Abritel. Mais on s’en passe en vacances non ? Nous si !

Un Noël enchanté !

Notre séjour était comme la dernière fois. Très bien!Bien accueillis par la maman. L'appartement était décoré pour Noël. C'est un appartement plein de charmes dans une maison de Maître. Nous avons manqué de rien! Tout était là! Tout était propre! Nous étions attendu avec une petite spécialité local en dégustation :)Nous avons aussi profité du petit jardin arboré !Merci pour tout! Schöner Rückzugsort

Wir haben ein wenig Erholung gesucht und sie hier gefunden. Hier ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir haben Dieppe sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist durch die vielen großen Fenster schön hell und trotz der stark befahrenen Straße vor der Haustür, findet man hier einen angenehmen Rückzugsort. Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für 2 Personen und Elisabeth, sowie ihre Mutter sind supernett. Gerne mal wieder eine schöne Woche bei Elisabeth!

nous avons passé une très bonne semaine , nous remercions madame Uveteau qui nous à très bien accueilli à notre arrivée c'est une personne très charmante, le logement est très bien situé plage centre ville chateau marché tout à proximité , logement propre et lumineux. nous y reviendrons.

Sejour Dieppe - appartement

Logement bien placé. Par contre logement pas assez nettoyé (poussières, poils sur tapis, cheveux sur les draps, ...) Nous avons un chien (Golden de 3 ans, tres gentil). Attention la personne logeant au rdc a un chat, pas amical du tout envers les autres animaux. PS : Logement au 1er étage, non signalé dans l'annonce

Week end a dieppe

Pr information le logement se situe sur une avenue très passante, appartement bruyant. Difficile de stationner contrairement à ce qui est inscrit dans l’annonce. Aucun commerce à moins de 10 min à pied. L’appartement était par ailleurs lumineux, propre et bien équipé. Dommage que le chauffage ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre au mois de février!

le confort après des randonnées vivifiantes

L'immeuble, une ancienne maison de maître, est bien situé, en proximité de toutes les commodités et lieux d'intérêt de la ville. L'accueil, assuré par la maman de la propriétaire, est chaleureux. A l'image de cette adresse dont la décoration est soignée. Agencement et équipement parfait, nous recommandons pour un couple avec un enfant. De belles randonnées autour de la ville.

Logement très agréable et lumineux, très proche du centre de Dieppe et où il est possible de pouvoir trouver un emplacement pour se garer. Cosy par sa décoration, avec beaucoup d’équipements et un jardin de ville. Communication avec la propriétaire et sa maman au top.

SEJOUR A DIEPPE

Appartement, maison de maître avec plafond haut et boiserie, joliment décoré, abat jour de style différent, miroir, divers objets rappelant la mer, la pêche et la vie d'antan le 19 ieme siècle et debut 20 ieme, broderie, maquette de voiliers, balance, pots en cuivre, cheminée non fonctionnelle mais tout équipée,... à la fois un voyage dans le temps et le présent. Bien évidemment tout équipé niveau électroménager. Grandes pièces et tout est accessible à pied, plage, commerce, casino, château, etc....

Appartement très lumineux et très agréable

Appartement très agréable bien situé à 10min du front de mer avec énormément d'équipements et d'ustensiles (très pratique pour faire la cuisine). Logement pour 2 (+ un bébé) maximum. Salon donnant sur artère très passante de Dieppe (un peu bruyante) même si peu gênant parce que la chambre donne côté cour au calme. Propriétaire très agréable rien à redire.

Chouette petit appartement très lumineux au centre de Dieppe. Proche du centre, du port, des commences et de la plage. Nous avons été accueillis par la maman de la propriétaire, très gentille et de bon conseil. Un vrai coup de cœur, n'hésitez pas!

Excellent séjour cet appartement est un bijou

Cet appartement est un petit bijou. Très chaleureux et décoré avec goût. On s'y sent bien il n'y manque rien. Un grand merci à Mme Uveteau pour son accueil et bravo pour les jolies peintures qu'elle réalise pour décorer les mûrs de ce bel appartement. Je recommande vivement la location de cet appartement.
