3-BR Gated Villa, Kitchen, Pool, Wi-Fi, AC

Beautiful 3 bedroom villa and a private pool. In a secluded area very safe with a night guard. The house was built 9 years ago features all new kitchen and bathrooms, central air conditioning, outside shower, TV in the living room, access to the backyard with a beautiful pool. The house is located near Pueblo de Los Pescadores with lots of unique restaurants night clubs and bars. The beaches are within walking distance from the house. You can either walk around or rent a pasola from the locals to go around town.

It was ok

The place is pleasant, clean Quito recommended. The only thing is that there are not enough blankets. Bring your soup and personal higiene with you. The tv volume is very low. However everything is near, beach, supermarkets, restaurants and more.

Hi Adriana, we usually have enough towels and blankets, soap to the guest. We don’t provide Shampoo and lotion you must bring your own, it is listed on the list of essentials offered. . In addition when making a reservation you should say how many guests will coming with you, you had extra guests with you that were not disclosed at the time of your reservation. Thank you Joscelyne

Not only was the property a literal construction site, but the property manager, Nelli, was very rude and not at all understanding about why we might have been unhappy about finding a property that looked so different from the pictures.
