About this property

Relax in our end unit in Ocean Villas II, a quiet location within the heart of Ocean Village, an easy walk to all amenities and the beautiful private beach! We have recently decorated with relaxing colors of sea and sand, with king bedroom set and queen sofa bed. The screened lanai offers a peaceful spot for your morning coffee or evening beverage. Your days can be activity filled or just chill on the beach or by the main pool (or choose one of the 3 quieter pools). The community offers a 9-hole, par 3 golf course free to play off season ($5 during the high winter season), tennis courts, pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, basketball, indoor gym, library, card room, as well as yoga, pilates and water aerobics classes.
The unit has a full size washer and dryer, as well as an extra vanity sink in the hallway and lots of closet space. The living room has a 50" TV and the bedroom has a 32" TV. WIFI, linens, beach towels and two beach chairs are included. NO PETS OR SMOKING PERMITTED!

Great quick getaway from Orlando.

Property was well appointed for all we needed for the week for our family of three. Bed was comfortable and unit was fairly close to the pool and beach access.

Spring Break Baseball trip

Condo was great size for us two. Short walk to the beach and pool. The condo was well equipped with lots of little things to make the stay nice. The complex was nice and well maintained.

Ocean Village Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Village. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Nancy and Harry were great to work with, and responded timely to any questions we had. I loved the location of the condo. Very secluded and quiet. We look forward to staying there again.

We retired from a Philadelphia suburb to the south Jersey Shore in 2014. We traveled around the east and west coasts of Florida, as well as the Keys, over the next 4 winters, and enjoyed Ocean Village more than any other spot we explored. You cannot beat the amenities!

Why they chose this property

We narrowed our search to the Ocean Villas clusters because of their close proximity to the main pool with Tiki bar, golf 1st tee, tennis, fitness room, library, community center and, of course, the beautiful beach!
