This modern home in Scottsdale was completely remodeled in 2017 with only the best finishes. Deluxe amenities include a private pool, pool spa, backyard putting green, and an outdoor firepit. Located near the desirable Kierland and Paradise Valley areas, you'll be a short distance away from top-notch restaurants, bars, and the beautiful outdoor shopping at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. TPC Scottsdale Stadium Golf Course is just down the road, where PGA’s Phoenix Open is held annually.

The kitchen has been completely redone and is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV, nightstands, and plenty of lighting. The large great room off the kitchen has a 55-inch HDTV, a pullout sofa, and plenty of seating. The backyard is very spacious and features a patio area and large grassy area with paver patio extension with more chairs, firepit, gas grill, and outdoor table and chairs. The home also has free WiFi, a stand-up video arcade, and a tournament play foosball table.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
