To find out, we offer our apartment of 80 sqm composed among others of a living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and great room each have a large balcony overlooking the pool.
It can accommodate up to 7 people + cot. Located in the legendary district of Guéliz 5 minutes walk from the station and the main axis of Marrakech: the Avenue Mohamed VI.
Comfortable cocoon of modernism and tradition mix with a private pool and air conditioning in every room to help you make the most of your stay.
The luxury residence is secured with guard 24h / 24, a lift provides access to disabled people and disabled. Secure and monitored by pool lifeguard to share only with the owners.
Parking in the basement is included in the delivery.

Great communication but pool out of action

Pre-arrival communications with Said were quick and easy, with an early check-in kindly agreed. Regrettably, no detail was provided as to which apartment number and how to obtain the keys so considerable sleuthing was required before, by luck, the cleaner happened to be leaving and let us in. On finally checking in to the apartment we looked out the window to find an empty swimming pool. On messaging Said responded quickly to state that it was 'cleaned on Mondays', so we sourced a hotel with a pool and agreed to return the following day. On doing so the pool remained empty and other residents told us it had been for some time. A refund was requested and agreed to by Said and we are waiting for it to be completed.

Non conforme à la description.

Très déçus par l'appartement soit disant de haut standing. Très sale ( photos à l'appui) et très mal équipé. A notre arrivée, les lits n'étaient pas faits, des draps étaient étendus sur les portes et il a fallu qu'on fasse les lits nous mêmes à 2 h du matin. Il n' y avait pas de draps housse ni de housses de couettes. Pas un rouleau de papier dans les toilettes à 2 h du matin. La douche était extrêmement sale, pas assez de serviettes de toilette, pas de porte serviettes, qu'on est obligé de poser sur les toilettes, pas de lampe de chevet pour lire, les banquettes du salon avec du riz dessus, une nappe avec des traînées de sauce. Bref... L'emplacement non plus n'est pas conforme. Bien plus loin qu'indiqué sur la carte. Le point gps n'est pas bon. La piscine ne fonctionnait pas. On est resté 10 jours et on n'a pas pu en profiter une seule fois alors que c'est la photo d'accroche de l'annonce. Certes, le propriétaire a proposé une femme de ménage, mais l'état de l'appartement nécessite bien plus que cela. J'ai évidemment pris contact avec Mr Said, qui m'a promis une remise de deux jours sur le prix de la location et à ce jour (20 mai), je n'ai rien reçu. Je ne recommanderai définitivement pas cette location et me pose réellement des questions sur certaines appréciations données, par exemple profiter de la piscine au mois de février, surtout cette année(2018) où il n'a jamais fait aussi froid à Marrakech. Je regrette de ne pas avoir lu l'appréciation d'Éric qui parle de glissement de terrain. C'est la plus proche de la réalité. Et si je l'avais lue avant ma réservation, je ne l'aurai pas pris.

Logement fonctionnel disposant du nécessaire pour un séjour touristique dans cette très belle ville d'art et d'histoire . Bien situé, à côté de centre ville à proximité de toute commodité. Le logement est très spacieux conforme à la description de l'annonce. Location conseillée .
