Come enjoy this beautifully remodeled waterfront pool home in the heart of Bonita Springs. Every room in this home has been remodeled. Come and watch beautiful sunsets from the best beaches in FL.

4 bedrooms including 2 master suites with king size beds and private bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. All beds are pillow tops and super comfortable. Each room also has its own ceiling fan and closet built-ins.

The kitchen is brand new throughout - appliances, counters, dishes, etc. You can also grill your dinner outside on a new gas BBQ. There is an additional fridge in the garage.

This home is right on the water and our dock is perfect for fishing, sun tanning or launching kayaks or paddle boards. We have 2 double kayaks and a paddleboard available for use.

The location is a short walk or bike ride to grocery stores, restaurants, and weekend farmer's markets. Coconut Point Mall is a close drive and so are many other stores. Only a short drive or bike ride to the best beaches in Florida. Several shopping malls are all within a short drive from our home.

Communication with Dana and Jeff was great and check-in was very easy. The house was spotless and comfortable and had all of the amenities we could ask for! The location was quiet and the neighbors were welcoming and wonderful! Our stay was perfect and the kids loved the pool and all of the things to bring to the beach. Wonderful stay

Clean house with a great layout. Enjoyed the water toys and fishing from the dock. Really nice to have a bridge in the garage as we stayed over Easter. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Love this neighborhood - really friendly neighbors.

Happy Place

This home was a perfect place to stay for month in Bonita. The location was ideal and the quiet neighborhood was welcoming. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and four bedrooms with a pool was great for kids and grandkids. The owner was always available when needed and very kind and thoughtful. A very happy place!

Loved this house.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything you needed. Beautifully decorated clean home. Having the dock for fishing and kayaking was a major plus. very close to food stores as well as retail areas. Short distance from the beach. We would definitely consider renting here again.

A lovely holiday and beautiful property

We had an amazing holiday. The house was superb - spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Pool was wonderfully warm and we spotted having the deck and spotting the dolphins in the canal. Great location close to amenities. Owner was easy to deal with and quick to respond to questions. Why they chose this property

We have been traveling to Bonita Springs, FL for many years and we wanted to buy a property in this particular neighborhood. It is safe and very close to everything (the beach, restaurants, shops, malls). Our top requirements were to be on the water, have a private swimming pool and we wanted to be very close to the beach. Whenever we're at Our Happy Place, we always watch the sunset from the beach - it is the highlight of the day!! To us, this is one of the best places in the world that we've traveled and/or lived.

What makes this property unique

When you drive into our neighborhood, you will see beautiful palm trees down the center of the street and beautifully maintained homes. Everyone is very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.
