Individual property, ideal for family holidays with children, first floor entrance with 4 steps, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Very sunny, has a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, two bedrooms with double bed and one twin bedroom, a nice duplex in the room there is also a sofa bed, has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, all appliances and cooking utensils daily use, two bathrooms with towels.

No merece la pena

NO ES UN CHALET como indica la falsa publicidad. Se trata de una urbanización con una comunidad de vecinos, los cuáles se llevan fatal entre ellos, y así te lo hacen sentir. Desde el primer día se dirigen a ti rozando la mala educación. Evidentemente no desean un alquiler vacacional en su comunidad. En cuanto al propietario, por si le interesa, cambie los colchones, las toallas y por dios, compre sillas de terraza

Hay que coger coche pista bajar a la playa, pero está lo suficiente alejado para quitarte el agobio de gente de Xanxenxo centro, pero cerca para ir a Lanzada, O'Grove,etc. La casa muy cómoda

Verano en Sanxenxo

La casa de Isabel está impecable, dotada de todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones maravillosas. La propietaria es una persona muy amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar en lo que haga falta. La urbanización también limpia y cuidada, con vecinos muy agradables. En resumen, una magnífica experiencia que esperamos repetir pronto.

Adosado ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia o grupo de amigos. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y es amplia y acogedora. Todo muy limpio y en buen estado. La propietaria es una persona encantadora, dispuesta a facilitar la estancia. Hemos recibido un trato inmejorable en todos los sentidos. La casa está muy bien situada para disfrutar de tranquilidad y a la vez poder realizar excursiones y visitas por la zona, aunque es necesario coche. Maravillosas playas y entornos naturales, así como rincones con mucho encanto. Tanto la casa como la zona son muy recomendables.
