"Sweet Retreat" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse and the Canary Bar and Grill. Just out the back door is the Suncadia Trail for you to walk, hike or bike through the scenic resort or go to the kid friendly parks. This luxury home features 3 BR including 2 Master Suites, and 3.5 BA. Ten guests can sleep comfortably on beds.

This custom builder’s home features an open and spacious great room with a large gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a large TV with Hulu TV and BluRay Player. Just off the great room is a spacious patio that boasts comfortable outdoor seating, gas fire pit, and a private Hot Tub that seats 6 to 8!

The well stocked chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances, gas cook top, granite counter tops, and a large bar for preparing great in-home meals. The over-sized dining table seats 10 comfortably.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master suite has a king bed, a large Smart TV, private access to the back patio and a private bath with a dual head shower and large soaking tub.
* The 1st upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* The 2nd upper floor bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. Just outside the bunk room is a guest bath with a shower/tub combo.
* Up a flight of stairs and you’ll enter the cozy loft that boasts a double sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV with PlayStation 3 and over 15 games.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

This is an ideal getaway for 2 families, or 2-3 couples. The central location of the cabin in Prospector's Reach makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting!

FOR LARGER GROUPS YOU CAN ALSO RENT OUR SISTER CABIN RIGHT NEXT DOOR, CALLED THE DEW DROP INN.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** We are unable to offer access to the Swim and fitness center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Parking space for up to 3 cars. Suncadia prohibits street parking. Additional cars may park in the Prospector Inn parking lot. "

Good place except the home is too close to Suncadia Lane (should be renamed Suncadia freeway. Lots of traffic noice unfortunately.

Great beutiful home. Very comfortable. Wish we spent more than 2 nights here. Only negatives are pillows were flat and the upstair flooring has some squeaks that can be heard in the master bedroom. We would rent again.

Nice house

Had a great time over the 4th! House is very nice and as described in the listing. Well equipped with everything you need.At 6pm on the Saturday we were there, the fire alarm in the vaulted ceiling started chirping. Thought we were in for an annoying final night… nope, texted the number on the instructions and there was a guy there in 15 minutes… impressed! Would definitely stay again.

Mom getaway

This mom needed a quiet and relaxing getaway to reset and regroup. I recently and unexpectedly lost my father and directly afterwards our house flooded. I was in need of a reset and that is exactly what I got! The home is beautiful. I am rebooking again for Laborday weekend and this time I’m inviting the husband and kid! lol! This may be my new happy place.

Fantastic property in a great location close to everything

Great property. SUPER cozy. We've stayed in Suncadia many times and this one is right up there with the best we've stayed in. One suggestion to the host. The patio furniture is wobbly and needs tightened down. Just FYI. But loved our stay!

We had a lovely time with 4 kids ages 3-10 and 5 adults. The property really is child-friendly, with mostly unbreakable decor, a small collection of games and toys, a range of books, and enough unbreakable dishware for the kids.

Stay for CWU Graduation Event

This was the perfect stay to attend our daughters graduation from CWU. The house was perfect for our family. We like how the kitchen was open to the living room allowing everyone to engage together. The outdoor space was great as well. My only issue was with the property management company and has nothing to do with the property. When I was sent the link to be able to access the guest portal for check in details, the link did not work so I went directly to the Hospitality-by-Gladtohaveyou, thinking I was on the same site and was asked to enter my credit card, only to confirm my profile and then had my credit card compromised requiring me to have my card cancelled a few days before our trip and all the hassle associated with updating my new card. When I called All Seasons Vacation, the person I spoke to seem unconcerned my card had been compromised and said she would just email me another copy of the check in details. I realize there was nothing she could have done at that point, but it would have been nice to recognize there was an issue with the link and there are fraudulent sites associated with glad to have you she could report to someone within the company.

Perfect stay

This is a great cabin for two couples who are looking to get away. The cabin has a great kitchen, with large island to share making a meal equipped with everything you need. It has a large great room to hang out in. The master bedroom is to die for with large bath and walk in closet and having a bedroom up and down gives each couple privacy. The hot tub so nice to come back to after a long snowshoe. The two car garage and mudroom to take off you boots ect makes loading and unloading your car so easy especially in the snow. Great stay would highly recommend this cabin.

Wedding Celebration Weekend

We booked the house for our daughters wedding which was scheduled at Swiftwater Cellars, of course that got cancelled and we ended up doing a very intimate ceremony outside of their rental home on the golf course, it was beautiful and our house was perfect for us and the grooms mom. A peaceful place to rest and prepare for all the celebrating at their house! It was cozy and central to all the activities. We loved all the space, more than enough for the 3 of us. It had everything we needed.
