Beautiful and relaxing home with lots of sunshine on the golf course, a delicious retreat right in Sun City West Arizona.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, is nicely appointed with the modern upgrades, comfortable beds, flat screen smart TVs, WiFi, beautiful views of the mountains and the golf course from the back patio with well maintained landscaping. Beds include 1 King, 1 queen, and 1 futon. There is a separate office perfect for reading and relaxing. The kitchen includes slate appliances, and all the dishes, pot, pans, etc. needed to cook at home.
The large master bedroom looks out to the golf course and patio. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Your vacation in this home includes an electric golf cart and outdoor grill. Just 5 minutes away on the Surprise Recreation Campus - home of Spring Training for Major League Baseball's Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals. Hiking is just 15 minutes away at the White Tank Mountain Regional Park and Lake Pleasant is a 30 minute drive with fishing, boat rentals, jet skis, paddle boards, and Flyboarding for the most adventurous! And, of course, many golf courses are just minutes away. Pickle-ball courts sporting the newest great recreational sport is just a mile away.

We are from Colorado and Iowa originally. We met while at our first duty assignment in the Air Force. We are not quite ready to retire in Sun City West, but are looking forward to being there full time. Until then we are cooling our heels in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Why they chose this property
We are looking forward to the active lifestyle Sun City West allows and enjoying the golf course. We recently tried Pickleball and are excited to tear up the courts.
What makes this property unique
The large outdoor living space is ideal for watching the quail families in the morning while enjoying coffee and breakfast. The patio is accessible from multiple points of the house. The quail family with walnut sized babies are a delight while drinking our morning coffee.
