Die Wohnung war ok. Allerdings waren die Heizungen nicht ausreichend, sodass wir bei einer Außentemperatur von ca 2-5 C in der Wohnung frieren mussten. Schätzungsweise hatte die Wohnung selbst eine Temperatur von lediglich 16C. Eine Vermietung sollte im Winter nicht möglich sein.

accès et parking facile ( clé de porte d'entrée un peu récalcitrante mais l'ayant noté dans d'autres commentaires, j'ai compris et juste dû insister un peu)endroit calme , proche de la mer et des commercesun peu frais dans le séjour malgré le radiateur allumé mais ok dans les autres piècespropreté des lieux impeccabledraps, essuie , matériel de nettoyage à dispositionSeule adulte avec 2 enfants en bas âge j'ai apprécié de ne pas être bousculée à l'heure du départ (cet été ,en location dans le sud, la femme de ménage était à la porte 15 min avant la fin de la location)

Die Ferienwohnung ist ca.50m vom Meer entfernt,zu Fuss ca.5min.Geschäfte,Restaurants ist alles in der Strasse,wo die Ferienwohnung liegt.Man ist hier mitten im Geschehen.Die Ferinwohnung ist super schön.Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.Auch die Vermeter sind sehr nett.Es gig alles sehr unkomplziert über Schriftverkehr,da wir kein französisch können.

Logement moderne proche de la plage

Logement moderne avec une belle salle de bain fonctionnelle, une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire dont l'indispensable à l'arrivée (café, sucre, huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre) . Linge de maison et de lit fourni ce qui allège les bagages. La présence d'une machine à laver et d'un étendage est un plus. La petite terrasse est pratique mais un peu triste. On regrette l'absence de porte à la chambre qui permettrait plus d'intimité. Sinon le logement est propre et les propriétaires sont sympathiques et réactifs en cas de besoin. Il est parfois difficile de trouver une place pour se garer lors des périodes d'affluence à la mer ou aux restaurants.

Modern eingerichtet und für 2 Personen ideal, auch mit Baby sehr gut möglich. Dort vorhandenes Reisebett konnte vor dem Doppelbett stehen. Der große Esstisch bot auch noch Platz für eine Wickelmöglichkeit. Restaurants und Strand sind um die Ecke, sehr angenehm, Bäcker ebenfalls nur wenige Meter entfernt. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen.

L'appartement est impeccable (confort, propreté). La situation est idéale (50m de la plage). La literie est top dans la chambre. Tous les équipements sont présents (Lave-Linge, table vitro ceram, télé, grille pain...) et de bonne qualité. C'était parfait.

Schönes, sauberes renoviertes Appartement

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich. Leider gibt es im Schlafzimmer keine Tür. Das ist aber auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt und wenn man sich drauf einstellt auch kein Problem. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt, auch die Verständigung, obwohl wir nicht gut französisch sprechen. Bray Dunes ist ein nettes Örtchen, das im Hochsommer sicher seinen Charme hat. Leider war im Juni bei mittelmäßigem Wetter dort nicht viel los.

Bien situé, Très propre, très design, très aimable mais...

Comme le titre le dit, tout est ok, tout est neuf, mais le confort et le pratique manquent ! Nous avons demandé au propriétaire pour pallier à ce manque, de rajouter une patère ou porte-manteau à l'entrée et dans la salle d'eau, de prévoir un plan de travail dans la cuisine et quelques chaises normales ( en complément des tabourets bar). Le lit est confortable mais ne fait 1,40 m, difficile donc d'y dormir à deux lorsqu'on a un gabarit moyen, dommage! Les propriétaires ont promis de résoudre ces petits soucis très vite, il devrait donc ne plus poser de problèmes. A notre surprise, nous avons trouvé à l'arrivée un minimum de produits pour le nettoyage et aussi pour cuisiner (huile, café soluble...) ainsi que draps et essuies de toilette et vaisselle. Il y a une machine à laver, four et vitro céramique, vaisselle en suffisance. Le parking en rue et ok , la ville très sympa , avec de nombreuses activités pour les enfants. Chrispy
