Le propriétaire venait régulièrement nous dire combien pourrait nous compter le fait d avoir altérer ou fait quelque chose alors qu il détenait notre caution. La veille du sejour il a proceder a de l intimidation pour conserver la caution.

En presque 15 ans de location, c'est la première fois que nous demandons un dédommagement à nos locataires pour avoir endommagé avec leur voiture 2 arbres et avoir occupé l'appartement en surnombre et sans nous en avoir prévenus. Pourtant nous vous avons accueilli chaleureusement en vous faisant profiter de nos produits du jardin et en étant agréables et serviables comme avec tous nos locataires. Mais c'est certainement nous qui sommes incorrects...

Nous précisons pour ceux qui liront cet avis que les chambres à l'étage sont effectivement mansardées (elles ont leur charme) mais celle située au rez-de-chaussée est d'une hauteur sous plafond normale. Les personnes de grande taille sont donc les bienvenues !
