Very functional apartment for 4/5 people,
Direct access to the slopes, around 30 m2. Individual HD WIFI (livebox)
Open mountain view, west exposure, quiet.

LCD TV FLAT SCREEN, DVD player, Mini HIFI system with telephone and Iphone connector, Nespresso coffee machine, individual high-speed WIFI (livebox), hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave / grill, raclette and fondue machine, mountain dishes, pillows , duvets, mattress protectors .....
Close to all shops,
Large free parking lot next to the residence + covered parking (paying).

Excellent, well equipped modern apartment, very close to all the amenities you will need, with ski hire/lift pass terminals inside the complex.Truly ski in/ski out, bus stop outside and pedestrian lift to take you to the centre of mottaret.Great communication between the owners and their resort representative, to arrange key collections etc.Would definitely want to stay there again.

Great apartment, ski to the door

This apartment ticks all the boxes - warm, comfortable, well appointed and you can ski in and out from the ski locker. It’s also well located for supermarket, restaurants and gondola to Mottaret Centre. This was our second time back to this apartment and we highly recommend it.

A liitle Gem

The property was very clean and warm on arrival it was well equipped and a lovely hot shower and comfortable bed. It was in a quiet location and the views from the apartment were very good too. The host was very helpful and MMS Rocher were very helpful. We would stay again.

Small but perfectly formed

A cosy apartment but fine for a family of four. Well equipped and presented. All communication with the owner beforehand and in resort was excellent. The location is ideal - ski hire, lift passes, supermarket and the slopes are all within 100m or so. Would definitely consider in future.

Hemos ido 2 adultos y dos niños. Hemos pasado una semana formidable, el apartamento es muy acogedor con una buena ubicación y se encontraba limpio y cuidado.Se encuentra muy cerca de la pista Perdrix, de la cabina Chalet que permite ir a la parte baja de Mottaret. Tiene el guardaesquí en la planta baja y se puede llegar esquiando a la puerta lo que resulta muy cómodo. A 2 minutos a pie está un supermercado.Madame Rocher ha estado muy atenta y cordial y la comunicación con el propietario ha sido muy fluída.Todo perfecto!!

Superbe petit appartement pour 4

C'est la 3eme fois que nous louons cet appartement qui est idéal pour profiter des 3 vallées avec son emplacement skis aux pieds et les commerces nécessaires sur place ainsi que l accès à Mottaret centre par piste de ski ou cabines ouvertes jusqu’à 23h30. Bien que petit, l'appartement est parfaitement optimisé et convient pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants (cabine très petite) sans couchage dans le séjour, a été très bien rénové (ambiance montagne en bois) et est bien équipé. Nous reviendrons dans cet appertement.

L’appartement est très bien situé, proche des commerces nécessaires au séjour (supérette, location de matériel pour skier, forfaits…) et des moyens de déplacement (bus, œufs/cabines). Plus besoin de se déplacer en voiture pendant tout le séjour ! Confortable, propre et fonctionnel, cet appartement est équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour !
