Picturesque village house
Lovely little village house on three levels in the historical district of the Templars in Saint Raphael, in the pedestrian zone. This is the most authentic area with its pretty cobbled streets. Overlooking a small Provencal square, the area is lively yet very calm.
On the ground floor, a living room with modern kitchen and fully equipped (Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, iron etc ...).
On the first floor, a large bedroom, a single toilet bathroom On the second floor, a large bedroom and another bathroom + W. C. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, and the rooms large closets.
Ideally located. Everything can be done entirely on foot, as well happen that visit. No car needed here!
The bus station and train station are 400 meters away. Nice airport is only an hour by train. The beach, the harbor, restaurants and nightclubs are 5 minutes!
Supermarket and shops nearby.

Je ne sais à quoi vous vous attendez quand vous louez un logement en centre ville, vous ne pouvez pas avoir la proximité des commerces et le chant des cigales.
La maison est située dans une ruelle piétonne du centre ville. Et il n'y a qu'un café à proximité immédiate et un restaurant. Alors quoi, certains soirs, le quartier est animé, mais en général nos locataires apprécient plutôt. Rien à voir avec ce que vous décrivez. Je pense que vous vous êtes trompé dans vos recherches et que vous auriez plutôt dû louer une villa avec piscine pour vos enfants. L'appartement a été entièrement refait en juillet 2023. La literie neuve est de marque avec des ressorts ensachés en 160 x 200 et des oreillers à mémoire de forme, mais apparemment cela vous importe peu. Quant aux ventilateurs vous auriez dû nous en parler, les locataires suivants l'ont fait et nous les avons remplacés immédiatement. Je suis désolée que vous gardiez un mauvais souvenir de votre séjour, mais votre mauvaise foi n'est pas à votre honneur.

Une merveilleuse ville, le logement est idéalement placé.
Un coup de cœur pour cette location. Les propriétaires manquent un peu d'expérience mais sont à l'écoute.
Quelques détails à régler et ça sera parfait.
