My 140 year old vacation home has hardwood floors, the original door a big porch and 3 beautiful stain glass windows. There are 3 bedrooms. The home can accommodate 6 guests. There is one small bathroom. All the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. The bathroom is small but renovated. There are fans and two window unit A/C in the home. The kitchen has keurig coffee maker, toaster and all the essentials. The home is close to the village so within walking distance to shops and the Erie Canal bike bath. I am close to Sharon Springs and 26 miles from Cooperstown. Wi-Fi network name is greengrass and password is Grace#93. Parking is in paved driveway and there is no street parking. I am very close to the Erie Canal Bike Path as well. For summer cyclists, I can allow you to store your bikes in my garage in the evening.

About the host
Hosted by Theresa Borges

I am teacher who is willing to rent my home while it is not in use. I have enjoyed renovating this 130 historical home in this quaint small town near the bike path and close to Cooperstown.
Why they chose this property
I chose this property as I enjoy the renovations and preserving it's history. I even laminated old newspaper articles I found in the basement.
What makes this property unique
Small town quiet street and a short car ride to everything or even a road trip to Boston, or Niagara Falls. Plenty of great stuff nearby like wineries, breweries, and of course the bike path and Baseball Hall of Fame
