Pretty 3 room house, quiet with its private terrace fully furnished for a couple without children. A bedroom with a comfortable King Size 180 bed, possibility of changing to two 90 cm beds. 6 minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the island and the dunes natural park.

Ideal place for athletes close to surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing and hiking
Also for quiet people who want to relax, sunbathe.

We live next door and can advise you or make you discover the good places to visit, restaurants and everything related to your favorite sports activities.

The island is the least known but it has the most beautiful beaches, there is no tourist mass, an island where life is good.
5th best tourist destination in Spain

Absolutely recommendable

Landlady was absolutely friendly and allways ready to help and give us any suggestion. The house is very nice and comfortable with anything you could need during your holidays. Location is very quiet and close to anything you want to visit on the north of the island. No doubt I would repeat on the future.

Lovely Characterful Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The cottage was charming, spotlessly clean and wonderfully equipped with everything we needed and more. The rural urbanisation was very peaceful and the cottage in an excellent position at the top of the hill. The view wasn’t quite as uninterrupted as we were expecting but still very pleasing.Mary Jo was a wonderful host providing us with excellent ideas for sightseeing and making us very welcome. Holiday in tranquility

We enjoyed our holidays in the beautiful, lovely decorated apt. very much. There is nothing missing. Very nice view from the terrace to the sea and to the beautiful garden. Parque Holandes is a quiet place, with no mass tourism. Mary and Eric are very friendly, warm and sympathetic hosts.

Wir haben im Haus von Mary sehr schöne und ruhige Tage verbracht. Im Haus war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben (kleine Info: es gibt 2 Stufen zwischen Küche u Essbereich) Privatspäre war gegeben, obwohl die Gastgeber gleich nebenan gewohnt haben und sind sehr freundlich und nett bei allen Anfragen. Die Lage ist hervorragend um die Insel gut zu besuchen

Sehr schönes Anwesen, mit allem was man braucht

Wir waren vom 09.02.2025 - 01.03.2025 in Parque Holandes, Calle el Rosal 62. Unsere Gastgeber Mary und Eric waren 2 wunderbare Gastgeber. Mary hat sich bei unserer Ankunft sofort liebevoll um uns gekümmert und auch gleich mit den nötigsten Informationen wie Gastronomie, Minimarkt und auch sonstigen Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt. In der Wohnung waren auch alles was man für den ersten Tag, wie Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade,etc. vorhanden. wir erfuhren auch schon gleich, wo es die schönsten Strände gab und Mary hat auch am nächsten Tag den Fuß meiner Frau " verarztet". Auch dafür nochmal herzlichen Dank.Wir hatten 3 wunderschöne Wochen mit demselben Wetter.Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Fe.-Wo. mit super netten Gastgebern. Vielen Dank Mary & Eric und nicht zu vergessen an Caipie ( wenn auch ein wenig scheu )

Kleine gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Außerdem gab es einen Sonnenschirm sowie eine kleine Kühltasche um an den Strand mitzunehmen. Maria ist eine sehr liebenswerte und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort

Das Häuschen war genau so wie auf den Photos, sehr schön. Wir haben viel mit dem Auto unternommen und Mary hat uns ganz viele Möglichkeiten gesagt, wo man was machen kann. Es war sehr schön.

Supernette und zuverlässige Gastgeberin, hervorragende Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes, gute Tips zu Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft entsprach vollkommen der Darstellung auf dem Portal. Sie ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bei höheren Temperaturen könnte die Klimaanlage fehlen aber für uns war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt, vielen Dank an Mary und Eric

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick auch auf das Meer. Die Wohnung lag sehr ruhig. E s waren alle erdenklichen Utensilien bis hin zu Strandtüchern vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr zugewandt und hat uns mit Ausfugtipps versorgt. Extrawünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt.

Unsere Vermieterin Mary Jo, die im Haus nebenan lebt, ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist großzügig ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts, von Badeartikeln, Strandtüchern bis zu Küchengewürzen, und Tee war alles da, sogar eisgekühlte Getränke fanden wir bei der Ankunft im Eisschrank vor. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem ruhig gelegenen und von Palmen umstandenen Haus mit einer windgeschützten Sonnenterrasse sehr genossen.

Wunderbare Auszeit in der Nähe schönster Strände

Wir hatten einige zauberhafte Tage im Parque Holandes. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und schön gelegen, von der Terrasse hat man einen Blick auf das Meer, Mary-Jo ist eine sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterin, sie wohnt mit Mann und Hund direkt nebenan - das merkt man aber nicht. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Prima Bett! Toll war auch, dass vieles schon vorhanden war. Nicht weit entfernt die wunderschönen Strände von Corralejo und die dortigen Restaurants, wie z. B. Tapas bei Oscar, danke für den super Tipp. Wir haben es alles sehr genossen. Gracias!

Liebevolle Unterkunft für zwei Personen

Mary ist eine sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin und steht mit vielen guten Tipps zur Seite. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Auch Strandutensilien sind vorhanden. Die Betten und die Bettwäsche sind hervorragend. Die ganze Wohnung riecht sehr angenehm. Für die Essenszubereitung ist alles Notwendige wie Gewürze, Essig, Öl vorhanden.Auch Kaffee, Kakao und verschiedene Teesorten befinden sich im Schrank. Im Bad gibt es viele Hygieneartikel. Es gibt ein deutsches Fernsehen und Netflix. Gern kommen wir einmal wieder.

Si vous cherchez un moment de quiétude dans notre monde de brutes... C'est chez Maria et Éric qu'il faut se rendre. Great accommodation for two!

Mary Jo was an extremely helpful and lovely owner. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We enjoyed staying in the accommodation. It was very clean and everything was thought of to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect for us. It was very quiet but within walking distance of two restaurants. We hired a car so were able to reach all the attractions and walks. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Mary Jo

Perfekt zum Entspannen

Hübsches Häuschen, herrliche, blickgeschützte Terrasse mit Meerblick, komplett ausgestattet, auch in der Küche, bis hin zu einer Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln und sogar einem fürs erste Frühstück gefüllten Kühlschrank. Gutes WLAN, ruhige Lage (Mietwagen sollte man deshalb haben), und vor allem eine perfekte Gastgeberin, die immer hilft und Tipps gibt, wenn man sie braucht, sich den Gästen aber nie unaufgefordert zeigt. Wir waren gut eine Woche dort und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt!
