Quelle vue !

Vue magnifique sur la Grande Anse depuis la terrasse très agréable avec son hamac. Nous avons occupé l’appartement du haut. Quartier calme et authentique et plage accessible à pieds. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Un coup de neuf pour les sanitaires (sdb,toilettes) serait nécessaire et une meilleure aération des placards de la cuisine. Localisation parfaite pour découvrir cette partie de la Martinique et profiter des fonds marins.

Beaucoup trop cher pour un confort minime

Tout d’abord la vue mer ne correspond pas du tout à la photo pour l’appartement du rdc c’est en fait une petite vue mer à travers les arbres . Il est difficile de se garer car la rue est très en pente et les places du haut sont réservées aux riverains. La cuisine est très simple avec une odeur de moisi dans les placards et le frigidaire était sale en arrivant. La prise du grille pain est dangereuse et le four est inadapté. Le matelas de la chambre adulte est inconfortable et très peu épais . Une des 2 climatisations ne fonctionnait pas et la cabine de douche très petite fuyait ces 2 problèmes ont été réparés par le propriétaire en cours de séjour . Une des portes donnant sur l’extérieur ne fermait pas à clé et n’a pu être réparée. Bref nous n’avons pas été du tout satisfaits de notre séjour et avons trouvé le prix exorbitant pour les prestations apportées. Le propriétaire nous a dit que nous étions dans la 2eme ville préférée de France !!!! Et pourtant la plage est sale et encombrée de détritus. ABRITEL devrait vérifier les logements proposés à la location.

L’appartement est parfaitement situé à Grande Anse, confortable il est équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un super séjour. A deux pas de la plage et du snorkeling avec les tortues : le top !

Magnifique séjour à grande anse

Appartement parfaitement situé à 2 pas d'une plage très agréable. Très belle vue, même si l'appartement (car il y a 2 appartement distinct) du haut profite d'une vue encore plus belle. Les équipements de l'appartement, bien qu'un peu fatigués pour certains, sont tout à fait suffisants pour passer un excellent séjour . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants.

Comfortable apartment near beach

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment only 2 minutes walking distance from a beautiful beach. We also liked the view of ocean from balcony. The followings are only 2 problems we encountered: 1. The owner, Mr. VAUDRAN and his family were waiting for us at the check-in. A problem was that nobody in his family spoke a word of English. But we somehow communicated and we received instruction about the area and how to use the apartment. They seemed like very nice people. 2. There was no private parking. There was a space on the side of the house facing narrow sloped alley. But it was barely enough to park half of a very small car securely. So, we parked our car up on the hill and walked back and forth from the house.

Clean, simple apartment in fantastic location

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) spent a week in the upper apartment in Dec 2016 / Jan 2017 and had a wonderful time. Positive aspects: (1) Location and view! The apartment is perfectly located just above Grande Anse. It is on a steep hill so the balcony offers gorgeous sea views and lovely breezes, but it is only 5 minutes or less by foot to get to the beach, and to a pedestrian area with restaurants and shops. It's also far enough away from the main road to avoid traffic noise (although you do hear the ocean waves and a loud rooster in the morning). We loved spending time on the balcony, relaxing in the hammock or simply enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sun set. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance (our favorites were L'Escale, which is very close, and Ti Sable, at the other end of the beach). The Anse d'Arlet village center is only about 2 km away and has more services such as a pharmacy, bakery, bank, etc. (2) The apartment was very clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the basics. All the kitchen appliances and washing machine worked well. This is not a luxury villa - it is simple and basic (and the shower is tiny) but it is clean and well-located and very good value for the price. (3) Mr. Larcher Vaudran, the owner / manager, grew up in the area and is very warm, welcoming, and responsive. He responded to our many inquiries prior to arrival and met us at the apartment after a late flight with a housemade ti-punch. On our final day he also brought us some delicious homemade accras (seafood fritters). We had one small issue with a light bulb which he fixed immediately. No problem getting our deposit back. (Note - he does not speak English). Some minor suggestions: (1) The beds, while clean, are not very comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom is thin and saggy, making it difficult for two adults to sleep comfortably. A new, good-quality mattress in the main bedroom would make a huge difference. The second bedroom has twin-over-full bunkbeds, which offers room for 3 children to sleep but only if two share the bottom bed. The apartment probably should be advertised as sleeping 4 or 5 rather than 6. (2) A guest book with suggestions about activities, shops, restaurants, etc. would be helpful. (3) More towels (and larger towels). We had to buy beach towels and use them for the shower as well. Overall this is a good value simple rental in a great location. Recommended.

Superbe terrasse avec vue sur mer, Ă  2 min Ă  pied de la plage (Logement du haut de la villa)

Séjour à Grande-Anse en décembre 2016. Voyage en couple avec un bébé de 5 mois. Fin de la basse saison, encore beaucoup de pluie mais souvent la bienvenue car rafraîchit un peu la température. Certains restaurants sur la plage étaient fermés, plusieurs ouverts seulement le midi et rares sont ceux ouverts en soirée. La plage est superbe! Vous pouvez faire de la plongée en apnée depuis la rive et voir les tortues, langoustes, poissons, pieuvres. Les Anses Dufour et Noire se trouvent à 10 minutes en voiture et sont des incontournables pour la plongée en apnée. La location est une villa de deux étages, comprenant un appartement par étage. Nous occupions celui du haut. Il s'agit d'une construction récente (3 ans environ). La villa est située dans le quartier résidentiel de "cité grande anse". 5* - pour la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, l'emplacement situé à 2 minute à pied de la plage de Grande-Anse, le hamac et les 2 transats pour relaxer. M. Vaudran et sa femme nous ont offerts un accueil des plus chaleureux: jus de goyave frais et ti-punch à notre arrivée, des mandarines et piments de leur jardin, un souper d'accras de morue cuisiné spécialement pour nous, une sortie pêche aux langoustes avec M. Vaudran. Ils ont également aidé pour la location de voiture, enfin ils ont acheté un lit parapluie pour notre bébé. Ils ont été très sympathiques durant toute la durée de notre séjour! 3 1/2* - pour l'intérieur de la location, plusieurs petites choses sont à arranger: loquet de plusieurs fenêtres ne fonctionnent pas, les serrures des portes sont difficiles à ouvrir, des rideaux absent dans les fenêtres des chambres à coucher, la douche très petite et pas pratique. La cuisine est relativement bien fournie et dispose de toutes les commodités. A/C fonctionne très bien. Un peu bruyant le matin, coqs et chiens, mais sera pareil à l'entour, donc on fait avec. Idéalement située à 2-8 min de nombreux restaurants (Ti-payot propose des repas délicieux). A proximité de la location on retrouve deux petite épiceries pour dépanner (quelques fruits et légumes, viande congelée), sinon vous pouvez acheter du poisson frais aux pêcheurs sur la plage de grande anse ou au bourg (15 min à pied). En gros, cette location aurait tout pour être un 5* si l'intérieur était un peu plus soigné, mais si vous ne cherchez pas une place luxueuse et que votre but est de passer le gros de votre temps dehors et sur la terrasse comme nous, c'est parfait dû à l'emplacement génial.

Magnifique séjour

Magnifique séjour dans ce bel appartement que nous avons occupé pendant 10 jour à partir du 16/12/2015. On ne se lasse pas de la vue de jour comme de nuit, et pouvoir accéder à pied à la plage avec les enfants est un vrai luxe, auquel on goûte sans modération. Les enfants ont adoré le hamac et la tondeuse à gazon animale (la petite chèvre), et la douche extérieure bien utile en rentrant de la plage. Un seul regret, être partis...
