About this property

The Pénardière - La Rochelle - 20 people

This charming house consists of two buildings: the main house and Farmhouse.
- On the ground floor of the main house are: a spacious lounge, a team kitchen, a dining room, a large TV room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
- Upstairs in the main house are 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- On the ground floor of the Farmhouse are: a spacious lounge - dining room and a kitchen.
- On the floor of the Farmhouse are: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

- Outside there is a large private garden, swimming pool and outdoor secure car park in the inner course. Two barbecues and garden tables are also available.

The Pénardière and dependence are rented exclusively in early July to late August.

The months of May, June, September and October, only the main house is rented without the Farmhouse. 11 people can then be hosted.

The months from November to April, only the Farmhouse is rented.

A sheets and bath towel option is proposed at 15€ per person. It includes the sheets, one big and one small bath towels, the bedding.

A tourist tax at 0,9 € per night and per adult is asked by the county.

Wonderful holiday

Family group with 3 generations - aged 15 to 80 had a great holiday in a super property. Very well equipped , plenty of space and a good place for visits around the area. Thoroughly recommended.

A lovely family holiday.

Check-in was comprehensive; kitchen facilities were very good; Wi-Fi access varied throughout the property; transport access generally good. It is an older property so the plumbing was rather noisy.

Hello Jane, we have been very pleased to receive you! I apologize for the noise you heard in one of the bedrooms on the ground floor of the main house. The plumbing is in very good condition, but the city water meter, which is installed outside the house near this bedroom, can make noise when drawing water. Really sorry for the noise you heard in this bedroom when my uncle added water to the pool one morning. All the best. Maxime.

Amazing house

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was smooth and effortless, and the house was beautifully clean and perfectly prepared for our arrival. The hosts were warm and welcoming—taking the time to show us how everything worked before giving us the space to enjoy our holiday.We were a group of around 16, including teenagers who especially loved the pool and the expansive grounds.It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this property to large families or groups looking for a spacious and comfortable place to come together.

Un excellent séjour dans une très belle maison

Nous avons loué cette grande maison à 3 famille, enfants, parents et petits-enfants adolescents. Il y a deux maisons ce qui nous a permis de mettre les adolescents ensemble. Les maisons sont spacieuses, joliment meublées et décorées et très bien équipées. Le jardin est immense et très beau et comporte une terrasse et une piscine. Le cadre est idéal pour un regroupement amical ou familial et l’emplacement proche de La Rochelle permet de profiter de la ville. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
