It is a house in hard located in St André 5min from the city center by car, equipped with 2 comfortable rooms for 4 residents but with 6 beds if needed (a sofa 2 places on real individual beds trundle bed) and a large lounge on open kitchen fully equipped, with a veranda on 3 sides, green enclosed courtyard with parking space to park your vehicle, good base back for green tourism or departure on hiking trail, rental priced 61 € / day on the basis of 2 occupants, and 10 € / day per additional occupant, available September 2017 October 2017 beginning of December 2017 (15 days), not available november 2017 december 2017 and available early 2018 to 11th thank you to contact me by mail at least 1 month before minimum stay of 7 days quote insured on request
