The bathroom is definately too small. The floor is sloping down towards the toilet. I guess the subfloor needs replaced. Might be better to install a standup shower with a seat than the current tub which is very narrow.

What happened?
We have stayed here before, and it has always been great. This time was awful. When we went to enter the building, I fell on the slippery stairs. Made it inside. The one AC unit was working, but not efficient enough to cool the entire apartment.
If you wish to hang up your clothes or store your luggage, there is not room in the master bedroom closet. It is full of… stuff, including two window AC units, which would have really helped the temperature.
Mismatched bedspreads, in iffy condition. A strange brown spot on the mattress cover.
Dusty, and just plain dirty in places! Black spots on walls. Dusty fake plants. Gunk on side of refrigerator next to trash can. Part of it was rust, but I did wipe it and part of it came off. Even the baseboards were dirty.
Hole in the sofa. Dirt also.
Wanted to open the deck door to at least have some air circulating, but no screen on the door!
This place needs a lot of love and attention.
I would strongly recommend stair treads. The fall could have been much worse.
Please do some repairs, and make it look like a nice place to stay instead of cast-offs and afterthoughts.
This property fit our needs perfectly. It was pet friendly and a good location to the beach. I would stay here again. One suggestion I have is to provide instruction for using the Roku remotes. There were 2 remotes and I was not familiar with Roku.
