Family holiday in Avoriaz

We really enjoyed our stay here. The flat felt spacious and was well kitted out. Fantastic location! Easy to get to ski school and straight onto the slopes. Boot room is just one small flight of steps down.

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Appartement refait à neuf mais avec de nombreuses incohérences ( porte gênant l’accès aux toilettes, surtout si l’on a un peu d’embonpoint!) Un métrage carré erroné ne respectant pas la loi carrez.( annoncé 94 m2 dans l’annonce ) Lit bébé cassé à l’arrivé. Pas de lumière dans le dressing car cassé. Pas de chauffage dans la pièce de vie car cassé également. Du coup super chaud dans les chambres et super froid dans le salon. 8 petites cuillères alors que cette location est prévu pour 11…! Et pour finir Salle de bains très petite, pas de ménage sous les meubles …etc Bref un rapport qualité prix catastrophique. Nous ne reviendrons pas

A great apartment in an excellent location

This is a beautiful apartment in a very good location. The children's ski school is just 2 minutes away and it's possible to ski out from the apartment. The rooms are spacious and the apartment is well equipped. There are good views of the ski slope from the balcony. We would stay here again.

L'appartement est très agréable et décoré avec gout. La literie est de bonne qualité, le logement est très propre, bien équipé et spacieux. Petits points négatifs: -les placards dans l’appartement sont assez remplis (ustensiles de nettoyage notamment) et sont donc peu utilisables - 2 clés pour 12 personnes (une 3ème serait utile lorsqu'on ne pratique pas tous les mêmes activités) - le casier à skis qui ne permet pas de mettre 12 paires de skis + 12 chaussures de ski
