Ski trip

The apartment was lovely and cosy. We slept well, the kitchen had everything you needed, Chantal and Jean-Louis were very welcoming and responsive. We loved the location in the old village of Le Bez and the fact that you could ski back to close by. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Lovely apartment with kind hosts and great access to skiing and winter walks

A very well equipped, warm and cozy apartment in a lovely location. Super ski area with easy access from the apartment. Lovely walks in the valley and snowshoeing in the mountains.Nice modern swimming pool just down the road.Lovely hosts and a great place to stay.

Le Bez Apartment

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, place for skis and boots, apartment nice and quiet but only an 8 minute walk down the hill to the town. It is possible to ski back within 15 metres and you can walk 80 metres and ski down to the Pontillas. The apartment has everything you need.

Superb, cosy apartment - excellent value

I stayed with my son for 4 nights for a pre-Christmas skiing trip. The apartment is very well equipped, warm and cosy. The location is excellent - right in the heart of the historic village of Le Bez. The new Pontillas gondola and Casse du Boeuf chair are within 10 minutes walk. The owners live upstairs and are very helpful. The excellent La Cabassa restaurant in Saint Chaffery is only a 5 minute drive - well worth it.

Great stay

We were a group of three, and the house met our needs perfectly.We enjoy cooking our meals, and apart from lacking an oven, the kitchen had everything we needed. The toaster oven worked well as a substitute for a regular oven. The house was properly heated, and the host, who lives on the floor above, was very friendly.The only minor inconvenience was that the toilet was located separately from the shower. Overall, we have no complaints.Regarding the location: we chose the ski-in/ski-out route that includes a short wall, then follows a narrow path between houses, followed by a slightly steep climb in the snow. This takes between 5-10 minutes depending on your walking pace.Some people choose to walk down to the central lift. The return journey is more challenging - to reach the house on skis requires taking a long, green route, or walking back uphill.Additional advantages of the location include its proximity to the town center. While it does involve going downhill and uphill, it's only about a 10-minute walk to the supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and a few minutes more if you want to enjoy the pedestrian area where most restaurants are concentrated.

Monsieur et Madame Borel ont été très accueillants et bienveillants. Leur logement est très confortable et bien équipé. Nous n avons manqué de rien. Le Village est très beau, nous avons adoré et sommes tombés sous le charme. Le télésiège pointillas est à 6mn à pieds et celui de La Casse du boeuf ou Fréjus est à 7mn. Nous reviendrons l année prochaine, merci encore !!

Nous avons passé 3 jours pour Pâques dans l’appartement. Il est très agréable, bien situé dans le petit village de Bez. Très bien chauffé aussi ! Les draps sont fournis mais pas les serviettes de bain, ni les torchons, ni le papier wc, ni les choses de première utilité. Il faut juste le savoir et prévoir ! On peut se garer devant la porte d’entrée, c’est bien pratique. Un petit bémol, malgré qu’il soit non fumeur, l’appartement garde une odeur ancienne de tabac qui n’est pas très agréable. Je suppose que les locataires ne respectent pas toujours les consignes. Dommage parce que tout le reste est bien.

Très agréable séjour

L'appartement a beaucoup de charme avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Au coeur du village, il se situe à 5 min d'une piste qui permet de rejoindre les remontées mécaniques et à 10 min des pistes de ski de fond et de raquettes. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais disponibles si vous souhaitez des informations. C'était parfait.
