Home on a Hill

We are so excited to share our renovated 1952 Midtown home with guests visiting Tallahassee! Our home is three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Plenty of parking on site and is VERY close to all things FSU and downtown. Please feel free to message us with ANY questions you may have! So glad to have you visiting our beautiful city!

The space:

Beautifully renovated midtown home that is close to everything FSU and right next to downtown! Refinished original hardwood floors, all new farmhouse style crown molding and trim and brand new appliances. Wireless and Apple TV included along with flat screen tv. Three miles to Doak Campbell Stadium, one mile from downtown and less than a mile to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

Guest access:

Guest access includes the entire home and access to the garage for all laundry needs.

We are here to help out with anything you need or any questions you may have! We’re available by phone or email and will give out our contact information after reservation has been confirmed.

Please note that there is ample parking available both in the driveway and all street parking is open as well.

Great Stay in Tallahassee

Host replied promptly to inquiries. Home renovated beautifully. Stay was perfect for our family and in-laws while we were in town. Home had everything we needed. Very close proximity to FSU was perfect. Highly recommend and will return. Thank you!

Hey there! We’re Alex and Jessie Douglas and are young professionals living in the beautiful capital of Florida - Tallahassee! We met here at Florida State, got married (and now have a beautiful baby girl - Arie!) and lived in NYC and Austin, TX for over five years before returning back to Tallahassee. Alex works at Florida State at the Dedman College of Hospitality and Jessie is an Occupational Therapist at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital (and part-time florist which means the house is always full of fresh flowers!).
