Country Cottage on 3 wooded acres. Newly built and very clean, rented as either a duplex or whole house with connecting door. Perfect for a couples retreat or a family. Equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing escape, fully stocked kitchen, laundry area, satellite TV and so much more. Come and feel right at home when you stay at Frannys Home!
Side A offers a 1 bedroom with a King bed and a bunk bed. 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, living room and laundry area.
We have whole home rental option as well which gives you 2 of everything. :)

* we are located outside of town about 6 miles. We do offer Wi-Fi internet but it is not the fastest.

Peace that I needed

Peaceful country property. Nobody was in side B so it was quiet and relaxing. Very tidy little place that fit 2 perfectly. Easy trip into Republic.

Great little house for family of four

House was clean and super comfortable for our family of four! We had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable! We will definitely stay here again when visiting family!
