This unique property is used by Cross Trail Outfitters as a hunting lodge and clubhouse. We finished renovating and added a new bedroom, 2 new bathrooms, a HUGE covered back patio, and new exterior! This spacious house (1584 sq ft) sits away from any neighbors. There is a blackstone & charcoal grill, picnic tables, and fire pit. This location is just off Historic Route 66 near the townships of Spencer and Gay Parida. There is a conservation area that has swimming/fishing/hunting opportunities.

Just what we needed

We were in Verona packing up and cleaning out our mothers home to move her to Oklahoma. We were able to have meals, showers and relaxing, quality time around the fireplace in the evening to unwind after the long working days. It was perfect with enough room for everyone. I enjoyed morning walks on the property. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals.
