It is 1.2 miles from Vaught- Hemingway stadium, 1.7 miles to the grove, 1.1 miles to the pavilion, and 2.8 miles from the square! Worried about fighting game day traffic and finding a good parking spot without having a parking pass or paying to park? No worries! The private parking spaces are directly in front of the house and are closer than most paid parking areas to the stadium and grove. Both bedrooms are upstairs and have queen size beds, tv, and private full baths. A washer and dryer are located upstairs conveniently in landing area between bedrooms. A large, open living area downstairs includes den, dining area with wooden table for six, large kitchen with eat-in bar including two bar stools, and a half-bath for convenience. A large deck is on the back with two chaise lounge chairs for some rest and relaxation along with a wrought iron table for six and a gas grill.
